К сожалению, наше пребывание в Heléna Hotel & SPA оставило скорее негативное впечатление.
С самого начала возникли проблемы с общением на рецепции. Сотрудник, который нас встречал, производил неприятное впечатление и с трудом понимал даже элементарные вопросы ни на английском, ни на немецком языке. Для сотрудника рецепции отеля, на мой взгляд, базовое понимание этих языков должно быть само собой разумеющимся.
Отдельно разочаровал номер. Он совершенно не соответствовал тому варианту, который мы бронировали. Фотографии на сайте либо не соответствуют фактическому номеру, либо нам изначально предоставили совершенно не тот номер, который был заказан. После примерно 20 минут объяснений и попыток решить проблему нам в итоге предложили другой номер.
Завтрак — обычный, без каких-либо особых впечатлений. В основном яйца, омлет, сосиски и несколько стандартных продуктов. Кофе из автомата оказался совершенно невкусным — по ощущениям, это скорее молоко с очень небольшим количеством кофе.
Но больше всего нас удивило другое: если вы уже вышли из зоны завтрака, обратно вас не пускают. То есть даже если вы просто хотите вернуться и взять ещё чашку кофе, сделать этого нельзя. Для отеля такого уровня я считаю подобное отношение к гостям совершенно неприемлемым. Именно этот момент особенно сильно повлиял на наше общее впечатление от отношения персонала к отдыхающим.
При этом хочу отдельно отметить ресторан-кафе возле отеля, который является частью комплекса. Здесь впечатления были совершенно другие. Мужчина, который нас обслуживал, действительно профессионал своего дела — внимательный, вежливый и отлично выполнял свою работу. Ему я без сомнений поставил бы 5 из 5.
К сожалению, положительное впечатление от ресторана не смогло компенсировать остальные моменты. Повторно останавливаться в этом отеле у нас желания не осталось, и в ближайшее время мы вряд ли выберем его снова.

Eve dönüşte otoyoldan fazla uzaklaşmamak için seçtiğim bir otel. Daha ilk başta sıkıntılı bir check in süreci yaşadım. Gelen mail'de sizi ödeme ve check in yapacağınız otelin platformuna gönderiyor. Ödeme yapıldıktan ve check in yapıldıktan sonra ne hangi oda olduğu ne de odaya nasıl gireceğiniz hakkında bir bilgi vardı. Booking üzerinden otele yazdım. Sürekli mail'deki linkten olmayan bilgileri göreceğimi yazdılar.
Gecenin bir vakti çok yorgun bir şekilde elimde çantam öyle kalakaldım. Telefon ile aradım. Bana oda numaramı söyledi. Ama önünde durduğum bina da öyle bir numara yok! O yorgunluk içinde sürekli yazışma ve telefon görüşmesi sonunda nihayet dışarı geliyorum diyen genç biri geldi. Meğerse yolun karşı tarafında da onlara ait bir çok bina varmış!
Gelen kişiye telefonumda söylediği bilgilerin olmadığını gösterdim. O da şaşırdı.

Oda ya gelince.
Yatak kesinlikle daha iyi olabilir.
Tuvalet ve banyo aynı oda da ama birbirinden ayrı.
Ve gelirken mutlaka kendi şampuanınızı getirin!
Restoranlarda verilen ıslak mendilleri düşünün. Öyle bir paketin içinde ama restoranda verilenin yarısı kadar bir şey koymuşlar!
Odanın kliması güzeldi.

Nice and quiet area. Amazing food, highly recommend the restaurant (we had lunch and breakfast); the waitress was very helpful explaining the menu in English. The Staff was friendly; although we could not speak any German or Hungarian the receptionist did a great effort to assist us and booked a massage. Bathrooms available in all areas as the hotel has a different layout, different buildings.

Cons:

The hotel was very different from the pictures; the swimming pool is very small. The sauna close to the salt room was not heating. Due to the construction ongoing, there were a lot of debris and dust in the pool area; pool chairs were dirty. Bedroom was smelly

A very spacious room with comfy beds and a large refrigerator. No issues with finding a parking spot even at a really busy time. We’ve had a really pleasant stay!
