Service
9.5
Strong positive: multiple mentions of friendly and great service, flexible check-in and helpful staff, which supports a high service score.
Location
9
Consistently positive: praised as the best location, away from city crowd, quiet at night, and near Mbezi beach with beach access provided.
Room Quality
4.5
Below average: several serious issues reported (no TV, no AC, loud fan, no deadbolt on door, rats, smaller beds, lack of fridge/tea-coffee makers), though some guests found rooms acceptable and clean.
Amenities
3.5
Poor: many expected amenities missing or unusable (no TV/AC/fridge/kettle, no drinking water provided, mosquito repellent not provided, under-equipped gym, unusable pool table, advertised karaoke room not found).
Value for Money
7
Generally perceived as decent value by some guests ('work for the money spent'), though others felt services/cleanliness issues reduced value; overall a slightly above-average value impression.
Food and Beverage
6
Mixed: some guests called breakfast perfect while others described it as a total disaster or too limited (only one selection); overall somewhat below/around average due to inconsistency.
Overall Experience
7.1

Horrible
Pros:

Location

Cons:

No TV, No AC, rats all over. No toilet paper until asked, very dirty sheets. Door doesn’t have a dead bolt. The whole toilet and shower is a mess. You have to go down from the bed to switch on or off the lights.
No fridge and of course no drinking water. Unless you buy it. The fan is loud so much you can’t sleep with it on
Breakfast was a total disaster
