Everything. I feel bad for the owners. It seems they should consider finding another field to work in. They are clearly not equipped with the level of conscientiousness required for the hotel business, which is why they appear to struggle to maintain the space at even a bare, liveable minimum.
Staff were friendly and welcoming
The room was like an ice box, heating was hardly on. A heater was in the room but it was small, not big enough to heat the room.
Went to reception several times and no one came when the bell was rung.

The room was nice and large. It's got no lamps for the evening. Toilets got no window, so should have a fan. Food would have been better if beans where not totally dried out. Mushrooms were not fried, they was out of a tin
