На ресепшен очень долго не было персонала, скопилась большая очередь гостей
Наша бронь была потеряна
Очень грязный пляж!!!!!
Туалет в ресторане так же максимально грязный

Не остались в этом отеле, про номера сказать ничего не могу

Please never transfer advance to them as they will try everything to give you valid refund. In fact even if the refund was approved by hotel, Aggarwal travel associates will snatch away that refund. Very bad experience. Better connect directly with hotel while booking.

Staffs are too rude and uncultured peoples .service is zero..rooms are dirty and interiors are too old and in bad condition..nothing is working.neither the mini fridge nor the intercom .bathrooms lights are too dull and dark.any bad incident can happen any moment

Pros:

The room we got the 2nd day and the beach.Its a kind of private beach which can be seen only once you are out of your room. Rest of my experience was horrible.

Cons:

The room we got the first day. It was not a sea view room. There is nothing called Seaview room in entire resort. I have paid for something which was not matching the room i selected. I need atleast 50% of my money back. The management was rude. Want to share more pics of room given on first day.

Except one person (Ali) others are not responsible. After repeated request they could not manage a cab to drop in Jettyport and even breakfast.

Cons:

Attitude of some of the staff. Rooms are not at al clean.

BADLY MAINTAINED HOTEL IN A LOVELY ENVIRONMENT
Pros:

The location of the hotel is really lovely and pleasant on the shores of the beach/sea, but the rooms given to us were in conditions, worth for zero rating on any count, except the sitout area. But the staff are good and very responsive. The restaurant and the breakfast was just o.k. We booked online two rooms called VIP rooms. But in the hotel management view, that might be ' VIP = Very Inferior People'. That was the conditions of the rooms we were allocated. Nothing more to say on it. Against our booking for two nights, we quit that resort after our first bad night.
But still I can assure that location of that resort was wonderful, lovely, with wonderful morning sunrise view, comparitively nearer to seaport and on main road. If rooms are maintained properly and in respecting way of the guests, that may be a great place to stay many days. Or, they should change the name as basic bad rooms instead of naming VIP Room
