The service was good.
Toilet papers were of low quality
The breakfast options were quite limited. For a highly rated hotel, I expected a wider variety and more choice.
Room:
The bathroom was very basic, and the toilet was not clean. The toilet seat also appeared old and worn, which affected the overall impression of the room.
Breakfast:
The breakfast offering was very disappointing. Aside from eggs, there was very little variety available, which is below expectations for a hotel of this standard.
Reception & Service:
The welcome experience was lacking. There was no assistance provided upon arrival, and I had to carry my suitcase from my car to the reception while staff/security were present but did not offer help.
The room was good
The staff are not keen during breakfast or meals, you send one for something, they never come back, then you send another one, same thing happens, so you make a decision to either just make do with what is not there or leave the table all together
