I have stayed at the Acacia hotel many times. The hotel is well situated, safe and always clean and well maintained. The rooms are kept spotless, and the air conditioning works. The staff are always friendly and helpful.

10/10 experience. From room, cleanliness, environment, atmosphere, services and the hospitality generally.
The staff were, without exception, excellent. We felt the Kisumu welcome from everyone. Some outstanding staff members were Matthew in the restaurant, Martha, Emerance, and Vincent, Daniel, whom we saw sometimes two or three times a day during our stay.
The rooms were great, the pool level was where we enjoyed most of our meals. The sunsets, the cool breeze and the beautiful pool made it special as we invited local friends to join us. They were equally given a warm welcome.
The big screen tv showed an important football match and easily accommodated a good sized crowd, without taking away from those who might not have been fans.
