Good place to spend a few days.

Pros:

Le personnel de réception et le monsieur du petit-déjeuner sont tres sympathique et professionnel.
Hôtel très beau et bien situé (entre les 5 terres, Pise etc…), avec une grande terrasse et une chambre assez grande.
(Point supplémentaire pour la télé connectée)

Cons:

L’insonorisation est assez moyenne, la literie est à changer selon nous.
Le prix du parking et surtout du spa sont un peu élevés.

Schönes Hotel mit grosszügigen Räumlichkeiten, grosser Hotelanlage, motiviertem Personal

Bei der Ankunft im Hotel wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass wir ein Upgrade erhalten. Das Zimmer war im obersten Stock des Hotels mit einer wunderbaren Sicht Richtung Berge und Meer. Das Personal an der Reception wie auch beim Frühstückbuffet und Restaurant ist sehr freundlich und motiviert.

Cons:

Eine Bemerkung zum Kühlschrank im Hotelzimmer: in dieser Zimmerkategorie wird möglicherweise ein Kühlschrank erwartet. Problem ist, dass die Lüftung des Kühlschranks in kurzen Abständen einsetzt und laut ist.

Die Hotellüftung (Wärmepumpe ? Abluft ? Klima ?) ist laut, was man v.a. nachts wahrnimmt.

The whole experience was amazing!!! First of all, the property is beautiful, the rooms are nice and stylish, all facilities are there, there’s nothing more you can ask for. The owner is very friendly and kind, one of the best service experiences I had on Booking. Every time I come to Milan this is the only property I will book from now on! 10/10 would definitely recommend

Pros:

Er was een luidruchtig Duits sprekend gezelschap wat niet prettig was. Ze waren erg lomp. Er werd veel alcohol gedronken en wij zaten daar tussen met dineren.
