Cons:

Light bulbs was missing and room was very dark. There was not iron in the room and staff was not able to provide one. Only one they had wasn’t working.

Good stay in Izmir
Pros:

Very easy and cheap stay in Izmir. Walking distance to everything, just a basic room but absolutely fine if you just need somewhere to sleep for a couple nights. The staff were lovely and very helpful.

Pros:

The receptionist was very kind, helpful and communicative. He proposed different ways to reach our destination. The rooms were awesome. Mine was very big, totally clean and equipped with a fridge, a TV and for my surprise a combo of a fan and a lamp. First I did not know how to switch off the lights than I realized I had to use the remote control. There was water in the fridge, but we our own so we didn't have to use it. The bathroom was clean. The bed was hard which I also liked. The pillows and the bedsheet was also comfortable.

Cons:

The top of the toilet was a little bit diagonal and the shower was a little bit small but all these are just notices.
