Cons:

I have asked to refresh the room with towels and empty the garbage but they didn't do it despite that i didn't leave anything on the door and i have informed the front desk, yet they didn't do it on the next day.

Pros:

Good variety of breakfast items. Food was very good. Clean hotel. Spacious room - well organized furniture for storing personal items.
Attentive and polite staff.
Coffee available at all times. Very hot water to make tea. Not all places accommodate tea drinkers. This was very appreciated. Attention to detail - I like the wedge in the chairs in the breakfast room to hang a purse.

Cons:

Location was further than we expected for a visit to Cap de la Madeleine Shrine. No restaurant in hotel for supper.

Belle chambre, malgré la vue qui n'était pas très jolie.

Cons:

Je ne comprends pas comment ça fait que la piscine était aussi froide. Ce n'était pas agréable d'embarquer dans l'eau avec une température aussi froide. La rampe d'accès pour la piscine était chambranlante. Ce n'est pas normale que se ne soit pas solide. Je suis allé voir la réceptionniste. Il n'y avait pas de serviette à la piscine. Aucune personne a rempli les serviettes.

Excellent hotel que je recommande
Pros:

Très belle chambre. Très apprécié d'avoir la chambre garantie pour 15h et de pouvoir quitter uniquement à midi. Ça permet de profiter davantage de la chambre la dernière journée. Beaucoup de choix au petit déjeuner. Personnel très accueillant et professionnel.

Cons:

On entendait les gens marcher dans la chambre au-dessus de la nôtre lorsque nous nous sommes coucher.

Dejeuner manque de bacon.

Cons:

Le bas de la porte de douche était très malpropre. La pression de la douche trop basse, mais la reste de la chambre de bain et de la chambre etait propre.
