No carpet in the rom

Cons:

Not enough parking space. Could not find a parking , i had to go in the parking of a retail shop, risking a ticket

On a déjà hate de revenir

Tout, depuis que l’établissement est ouvert on vient à chaque fin de semaine de pâques avec les enfants

Cons:

La fermeture de la piscine, les enfants étaient déçus mais on leur a expliqué que c’est dur de trouver des réparateur de piscine la fin de semaine surtout la fin de semaine de Pâques mais ce n’est que partie remise on sera encore là l’année prochaine

L’emplacement, les chambres et la propreté

Cons:

Le personnel totalement incompétent! Ils ne trouvaient aucune de mes 4 réservations avec Booking. Personne n’a pu avoir sa chambre sans ma présence. Pourtant leurs noms y apparaissent!

Le personnel de l’entretient ménager étaient des sous traitants, qui ne parlaient ni français ni anglais ???!!??! Allo??? On est au Québec, au Canada!

Pros:

Tout était bien, on a beaucoup aimé notre séjour. Le service est de qualité.

Cons:

Les "pranks" de nos voisines d'étage. Elles ont cogné aux portes pour déranger les autres chambres vendredi soir. Heureusement que le staff a intervenu lorsque je l'ai signalé aux employés.
