Cons:

En arrivant, il est très difficile de trouver la réception, surtout avec les 2 hôtels qui la partagent. Vous devriez mettre une enseigne RÉCEPTION. Et vos oreillers sont inconfortables (trop mou ou trop dur).

Employees in direct contact with guests should wear masks when affected by respiratory virus

Cons:

For us it was absolutely unacceptable that one of the Front Desk staff when we arrived around 5 PM and again the following morning in attendance had a very apparent viral respiratory infection with coughing and sneezing without protection for guests by wearing a mask as she should have done. Furthermore, she would handle guests room keys, most likely contaminated by her respiratory virus.
That demonstrated a lack of consideration for the guests that is deplorable. She should not have been allowed to work in direct contact with guests on these dates, or, at the very least been obliged to wear a mask for the protection of the guests

Un des plus mauvais rapport qualité-prix que j'ai eu dans la région.

Le réfrigérateur émettait un bruit aigu et constant, j'ai dû le débrancher. L'insonorisation est atroce. J'ai dû demander au personnel d'aviser les voisins de la chambre au-dessus de marcher moins fort.

Great stay for a road trip
Pros:

the pool, the breakfast included was hot bacon, sausage, eggs, yogurt , home fries ,etc

Would stay again but would not pay extra for the fold out sofa.

Hôtel très calme, c'est reposant Le personnel est courtois et sympathique. La chambre est A1 lit super comfo... on dort super bien. Aussi il y a des bornes de chargement très appréciées.
