Foxtel in the room was amazing as we wanted to watch the footy.
Room service was poor. Our food arrived cold and most of it went back. We paid so much money for it and it was inedible.
Staff could have been a little more friendly and a smile wouldn’t have hurt anyone.

Great room with a very comfy bed. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Well located. Convenient to be next to St Mary's Leagues Club.
Convient and easy to get to
My accommodation was already pre paid but the hotel still required a credit card holding deposit. When I questioned why they said it was "Hotel Policy" and I further questioned again WHY when they already had payment weeks ago. They they advised it was for incidentals. Now there is no mini bar and to buy something from the foyer you can't just take and walk away. The reception staff then said if I go next door I can charge it to my room. Now this "next door" is a licenced venue a club. If I was to go there I will pay at that venue for the drink or food I purchase......stupidity that they must take my credit card details. Then they explained if I don't leave a credit card they wanted $300 cash. I was furious 😠 to say the least.
