The rooms was cold and the breakfast area was cold too.
Front desk staff was very friendly.
The room had smell to it while and after the air conditioning was running. There was trash under the microwave stand and on each side of the bed there were a lot black spots on the wall. The pillows were extremely flat. Carpet needs to be cleaned.
Everything was amazing I can’t complain!
The breakfast! There’s very very limited options and the eggs were runny with no flavor or cheese on the sides or anything the sausage was okay but wouldn’t eat it again. The bagels were already toasted and if they weren’t they were really hard.
The location was great. The hotel was clean.
We noticed two lamps in our suite were not working. We also could not get the TV to work. My husband went to the front desk and was told they are aware the lamps aren’t working, but the replacements they ordered haven’t arrived. The associate at the desk said they would have maintenance come look at our TV. We waited 45 minutes for maintenance before going back to the lobby and telling the associate at the desk that we were going to bed, and didn’t want to wait any longer. The associate informed us there was no maintenance employee on site.
At check out, we talked to a different associate about our experience. He told us we would be compensated 40-50% off of our stay. We have not received any information on this as of yet.
It was a little weird that we need a room key to keep the light on. Other then that the location was good. The beach was great.

The parking was great, the rooms were clean. The facilities were up to date.

It was a great location with great parking! Easy to get in to the building from the parking area and easy to get into the room. We enjoyed being able to walk over to Dumser's, mini golf, Candy Kitchen, Starbucks, and Grotto's. It was also a nice walk over to the beach just across the street.
While the room was clean, the bed sheets had a stain from makeup or possibly blood right where the pillows were that totally gave us the ick right before going to bed so we covered it with an extra bath towel. The floors also felt kind of gross (not uncommon for a beach hotel) but we felt the need to keep our shoes on throughout the room except when sleeping/showering.
