Very basic, but it was clean and good service at check in. Breakfast was included and was very good! Will definitely return if ever in the area.

Casa Zazil is fabulous!! The owners are two sisters who take great care of guests and keep their property pristine.

Every morning starts with a made to order breakfast, arranged for the specific time you would like it. In addition to the delicious meal, you get a variety of flavored waters, milks, coffee, etc.

The owners share some of their favorite locations in the area and are always quick to help. Matter of fact, they made a call to my car rental place in Cancun because I couldn’t find important information in the rental contract.

My family of four included two adults and a 15- and 12- year old. We all loved Casa Zazil and would absolutely return!!

La stanza era davvero pulitissima, la padrona di casa FANTASTICA! Appena arrivati ci ha informato subito su tutte le cose che era possibile fare nei dintorni e ha dato la sua disponibilità per eventuali prenotazioni con prezzi inferiori (dicendoci di chiedere prima in centro per avere la certezza); noi abbiamo chiesto e infatti abbiamo poi prenotato la gita in barca in laguna tramite lei!
Il centro è raggiungibile a piedi con una passeggiata di 15 minuti, e la prima sera sera la signora è stata così carina che ci ha accompagnato per farci vedere la strada. Per colazione ti fa scegliere tra più opzioni, noi abbiamo optato per i pancake e sono stati super!!
Sicuramente un posto consigliato!

Marta and Carmen were WONDERFUL hosts! We managed to communicate with our poquito Spanish :) They were super helpful in providing recommendations for things to do and places to eat. They also helped us organise a private boat tour of the lake as we have very limited time due to the bus schedule to get to our next destination. They also have a great deal with a tour provider if you have time for a 1/2 day tour, much more reasonable than other online or in town. The property was only a 5 min walk to the ADO bus terminal, which was very convenient for us and only a 10min walk to the lake and restaurants. Also, the BREAKFAST, it can’t be forgotten - it was amazing!! Beautiful fruit, delicious eggs and pancakes for the kids. Homemade juices and endless coffee, was all perfect. Thank you again, we wish we had longer!

Struttura recente, sopra la media. Pulitissimo, letti molto comodi, presente di piccolo frigo bar e cassaforte. Le titolari sono gentilissime, molto disponibili. Colazione super, ogni giorno cambiava menù e potevi metterti d'accordo con loro per qualsiasi esigenza o intolleranze.
Posizione strategica, a dieci minuti a piedi dal centro, la zona è tranquilla si può camminare tranquillamente a piedi. Consigliatissimo!

Siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti del nostro soggiorno in questa struttura. Personale disponibile, gentile e cordiale. Camere pulite e confortevoli, con pulizia quotidiana. Colazione deliziosa con un menù ogni giorno diverso. Super!

Free parking monitored by camera. Nice decoration. Attention to detail. Hot shower. The owner/staff is very friendly goes above and beyond. Breakfast was the highlight: they don't have a buffet, instead they cook for you and serve in the garden. Very personal service. It's close to the highway but not far from the city center. We were positively surprised and will stay there again.

Was a very nice stay at Casa Zazil. We were travelling with my family and our host was fantastic.

Super netter Kontakt, die Besitzerin gibt diverse Tipps für Touren. Wenn es Sprachprobleme gibt, arbeitet sie mit einer Übersetzungsapp, man muss also hier nicht unbedingt der spanischen Sprache mächtig sein. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut und wird nach Wunsch gestaltet, z. B. Pfannkuchen oder Quesadilla.

Fue una excelente experiencia, me sentí como en casa. Las atenciones fueron espectaculares y la limpieza extraordinaria. Le recomendé a mis familiares este lugar, por la calidez de las dueñas.

Muy buena atención de parte del hotel nos trataron muy desde nuestra llegada nosotros viajamos en familia yo y mi esposa y nuestros hijos traemos una pequeña de 2 años y veníamos cansados del viaje y la señora Carmen muy amable nos dejó pasar a la habitación porque llegamos en la mañana también desde que llegamos nos dio precio del paseo en lancha y entradas al fuerte de bacalar que por cierto en el paseo en lancha nos cotizo el mejor precio de la zona y asta vinieron por nosotros al hotel también un buen punto a favor del hotel es que el único Oxxo que hay está a una cuadra y es 24 horas y también muy serca la terminal ADO cómo a 100 metros

This was a great place to stay. Martha the host was very friendly and helpful. We had a great time in Bacalar.

This is a very sweet little hotel. It’s quite new with modern touches in the room that provide nice ambiance. Super immaculate, the beds and pillows are very comfortable and the linens are good quality. The room is large with lots of space to hang clothes and store luggage. Lots of hot water and good pressure in the shower. There’s a nice little outdoor courtyard where breakfast is served. We stayed three nights and were served three different and very tasty breakfast meals. The hotel is operated by a lovely family who go out of their way to make your stay enjoyable.

Es un hotel pequeño atendido por unas gemelas muy atentas y especiales, súper recomendado!!!
