A szállás jó helyen van, pár perc sétára a tengertől. A szoba nagyon kényelmes és jól felszerelt.
A parkolás egyszerű és biztonságos, van lehetőség a hotel előtt parkolni és van több szintes fedett garázs is.
A személyzet lekezelően viselkedett már érkezéskor is és ez csak rosszabbodott az ottlétünk alatt.
Érkezéskor nem kaptunk infót a szállodai dolgokról (mikor van reggeli, merre van a stand stb). Kaptunk egy szobát, ami a tóra és a főútra nézett. A kilátás pazar volt, de elképesztően felhallatszott a forgalom zaja és egy alacsonyabban lévő, nyugisabb szobát kértünk.
Az első nap a svédasztalos reggeli még megfelelő volt, de ahogy teltek a napok, úgy romlott a helyzet. Második nap már nem volt sütemény, utolsó napra már semmit nem tettek ki, a kenyér, a bucik és pár szalámin kívül. Míg az első nap volt sütemény, gyümölcsök, szalámik, sajtok, tojások, virsli, kolbászok, édességek, joghurtok, stb, az utolsón szinte semmi. Azt is kérni kellett a meglehetősen udvariatlan személyzettől, hogy tojást vagy gyümölcsöt szeretnénk. Kértünk görögdinnyét, kaptunk sárgadinnyét. A vajért is szólni kellett. Sütemény vagy édesség egyáltalán nem volt. A párom kért 3 tojást, tőlem meg sem kérdezték mit kérek. A koffeinmentes kávéért 23 lejt kellett pluszban fizetni. Szerencsére ez már az utolsó napunkon volt, nem szívesen maradtunk volna tovább.
Saját stranddal nem rendelkezik a hotel, egy bárnak a partszakaszát lehet használni, napozóágyakkal együtt. Már az első nap probléma volt a strand törölközőkkel, mert senki nem volt a bárban. Később előkerült valaki, aki adott törölközőket, de visszafelé már küzdelmesebb volt a dolog, mire visszakaptuk a letét kártyákat. A második naptól már nem vártunk senkire. A strand apró kagylós, homokkal keveredve, papucs vagy tengeri cipő erősen ajánlott. A vízben már jobb a helyzet.
Értem én, hogy szezon vége van és nincs sok vendég, de ez nem magyarázza meg ezt a stílust a személyzettől, egy 4 csillag helytől nem ezt várja az ember. Ezért az árért sok lehetőség van a környéken.
