Had a wonderful stay! The room was clean, spacious, and cozy with all amenities. Staff were polite and helpful, and the breakfast spread was excellent. Great location, truly worth recommending!

We were attending a wedding reception here and the family had thoughtfully booked us rooms to avoid travel across the city.
The rooms are spartan and practical, yet cosy.
They have a no-fuss restaurant too with very good food.
From security to reception to housekeeping to restaurant, everyone is extremely warm and helpful.
They have a beautiful auditorium where our event was held and I understand they have other halls too for smaller gatherings.

We had a truly memorable experience celebrating my brother’s wedding at Trident Hall, Kochi. The venue was beautifully maintained and perfect for our special occasion. A heartfelt thanks to Anjana Ma’am for her constant support and smooth coordination—she handled everything with such grace and care. The entire staff was friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful throughout the event. We also stayed at IMA House, and the rooms were exceptionally clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making our stay even more enjoyable. Great Family Stay at IMA House, Kochi!

We had a really comfortable and pleasant stay at IMA House, Kochi. From the moment we arrived, the staff was welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-maintained, which made our stay even better.

The location was convenient, making it easy to get around the city. The peaceful atmosphere of the hotel was a big plus, and the overall experience was smooth and hassle-free. Everything was well-organized, and we never had to wait long for any service.

We had a wonderful Batch Reunion under their roof for the second time in 2 years. Whatever shortcomings the amenities had was more than compensated by the hospitality and competence of their staff. The wifi surely needs to be seamless and less glitchy - ST JOHN'S 8TH Batch

We had a group of Friends attending our Daughters wedding and they were staying in IMA House. The Rooms are very comfortable and Big. The Service is also excellent. The Connectivity is very good as the property is Centrally located. It’s Definitely a Value for Money

IMA House having lot of improvements in hospitality than the earlier visits. Best location, peaceful environment, better ambiance, better management latest facilities and amnities were the advantage of the Hall for conference, wedding or banquet. The food was very tasty having variety menu. The services were also very good. There were good views.

It's a comfortable stay near the city , neat clean and friendly staff .
About the food, less items with average taste. Facilities also minimal .if you are looking for a budget stay near kochi it's a comfortable stay with minimum food items menu.

Staff was very helpful and hospitable. Room was clean, however the cutlery and utensils were in a very bad state (cracked with dirt). Consider replacing them. Cupboards were old and creaking. Unfortunately, they also do not accept international cards for payment which was not communicated beforehand.

I encountered challenges in communication during my stay.There were instances where the language used by the Front office Manager Anju, seemed Inappropriate. Lack of politeness nor customer centric approach created a negative atmosphere.
The refusal from front office in providing information regarding compliance and grievances too seemed unprofessional.
Complete failure of lack of managemental system.
Please do provide additional training would benefit both the Institute and Customers

the mid night nose from upper floor was very annoying.lack of covered parking was another draw back.Stay was comfortabl staff was very polite . Good location. Booking was done over a call. Lot of aminities available otherwise for sports
