Pros:

Es war sauber, gute und hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter.

Cons:

Es war etwas weit weg von der Masjid an Nabawi also zufuß unmöglich. Aber wenn man es gut plant und Stoßzeiten vermeidet kommt man mit einem Uber gut zurecht. Sonst gibts Essen und Supermärkte in der Nähe.

Pros:

De kamer is lekker ruim en schoon. Voldoende ruimte en de bedden waren echt super tof, niet even goed als huis maar wel boven verwachting. De singlebeds zijn iets groter dan normaal, heerlijk.

Cons:

Communicatie is niet altijd even goed, maar met een glimlach kom je zeker een heel eindje.

Pros:

My fist experience was when we get to the hotel my reservation has been cancelled despite the fact that I text them from London that my flight is coming in at 23.45 hour and they replied that it was okay. They had to book us another one .There was nothing to like about the property . The bathroom shower wasn’t working and the tv is not working the room is dirty.

Cons:

The place was so noisy and the staff wasn’t take complaints seriously and non of the staff speak English and there was no way to communicate also there was no direction card in the property to make your way out to the haram.
