"Impeccably clean facilities, a serene atmosphere, and exceptionally friendly Saudi staff made my stay delightful. The check-in and check-out process was seamless and hassle-free! A special mention to Manager Mr. Mohamad, who was both professional and humble. Sincere thanks to the receptionists Moayyed, Khalid, and the female staff for their outstanding service!"

Wide array of restaurants, mall, 24 hrs shop selling fresh juices, fresh ice cream and fruit salad, mosque pharmacy all at a walking distance.

Cons:

While my overall stay was pleasant, I did encounter an issue with the room service. I requested additional tissue boxe twice through the female receptionist, but only received 6 to 10 tissues at most, despite my request on the third day. The expatriate staff member's response was negative, stating they were 'not available.' Additionally, the tissues were handed to me in an unhygienic manner, without any protective enclosure. This was a significant concern for me."
Illumination in the room needs further attention, more lumens is required to make it a delightful .
