Piękny hotel w Bad Gołdap
Pros:

Śniadanie bardzo urozmaicone i smaczne. Dobra kawa. Możliwość jedzenia na tarasie. Ciekawa oferta SPA. W recepcji książki dotyczące Warmii i Mazur. Duży plus za ładowarkę do samochodu elektrycznego firmy Noxo.

Cons:

Trochę wąskie łóżka, ale rozumiem, że mieszczą się w standarcie.

Pros:

Clean big room, good various breakfast, also had a good time at the spa. Tasted local beers at the hotel's restaurant.

Cons:

Nothing much to mention, other that we wanted to go to the gym a bit before the spa, but the room was too hot to exercise,

Dissapointing stay
Pros:

Hotel is beautiful and very clean. Good sauna.

Cons:

Sauna is open for only 5 hours a day. Even though swimming pool works all day, it is too cold to stay there for longer time.
Food order been mixed twice, even though there were only us or another 1 table in the restaurant.
We had “Do not disturbe” sign on the door. However, staff still been knocking on the door which was annoying and not an appropriate behavior for 4 star hotel.
Difficult communication with staff for non-polish speakers.
Overall, dissapointing experience. This hotel isn’t worth more than 3 stars.

W takim Hotelu jeszcze nie byłem..
Pros:

Niesamowicie miła i uprzejma obsługa. Czysto w każdym kącie. Wygodne i przestrzenne pokoje. Wyposażenie pokoju nowe i idealnie dobrane. Bardzo wygodne łóżko. Rowery, basen, sauny, na zewnątrz wygodne meble i hamaki. Jednym słowem idealnie. Obsługa hotelowa : recepcji, restauracji hotelowej czy room service bardzo miła, usmiechnięta. Jesteśmy z żoną bardzo zadowoleni.
