Nice clan hotel. Lots of places to sit. Lovely printed paper with name and wishing us a happy anniversary. Staff were very helpful with anything we needed and very attentive. Pool was great on 5th floor. Bed was nice and big.
These comments would make the property soo much better:
The hallway can be very loud. Staff can be quite loud in the hallway in the mornings, especially with their walkie talkies on loud that can be heard from the room. Guests can also be very loud and have no consideration for other guests staying. So unfortunately we were woken very early every morning. (Would be good for staff to have signs up for guests to be quiet in this area or politely ask guests)
Shower: you do have to run the shower for about 15/20 minutes to get hot water rather than like warm water which was a little annoying but had to figure this out.
When you ask for room to be tidy they only tidy the bed. We would have wanted sheets and duvet changed and floor sweepers/mopped. We had sandy floor and same bedding for most of our 9 day stay.
Our room didn’t get much sun light so it was quite dark but I guess it depends what room you get, due to pointing out back into another building.
Unfortunately the neighbours behind the hotel have a dog that pretty much barked most nights. There’s nothing the hotel can do of course but it was rather loud and annoying and consistent. I’d recommend bringing ear plugs or something to block out all the noise.
Staff were AMAZING and room was fabulous! Roof top setup was great but unfortunately temperature of the pool water was too hot! We headed to the sister hotel for a swim and the temperature was perfect! Highly recommended staying here!
L’hôtel est idéalement situé et proche des restaurants, cafés, commerces, plages...Les chambres sont très propres et il y a un service de ménage tous les jours ce qui est vraiment appréciable.
De plus, nous tenons à préciser que le personnel de l’hôtel est serviable, agréable et très compétent. Cela a donné une note encore plus positive à notre séjour. Nous recommandons vivement !

The rooms next to restaurant/cafe was noisy during breakfast time and they play music during breakfast time in the morning even at 8 am! They should consider someone is sleeping at that time...
This hotel was the best accommodation I’ve stayed on my Philippines trip. We were greeted by 2 lovely female reception staff on arrival. They helped us with ours bags up to our room and gave us a welcome iced tea drink which was delicious!!!
This part of the holiday just felt so easy as they emailed us prior to coming asking us did we want transfers organised which we agreed! The transfers to and from Boracay were so well organised by the staff at Ferra. Everyday we came back to the hotel we were greeted with warm smiles.
The staff are genuinely nice people, not because it’s their job but they always wanted to help.
It included a breakfast every morning which was tasty. I would recommend adding breakfast to your stay here as it is really good value for money. You have a choice of Filipino breakfast or American style breakfasts. The pool area on the top floor is great and it also has a bar.
The location is excellent, it is down a quiet street with everything walking distance. It is tucked away from the busy tourist spots but has some lovely cafes and restaurants nearby.
We tipped them 1,500 pesos at the end of the stay as they truly deserved it. When we left that day, all the staff came outside and waved us off on the bus!!!
Electronic safe in the room provides security for your valuables. Good tv and lovely bathroom and it was a really clean room.
Bed was comfy. The area where the hotel is located also feels very safe.
I really can’t fault it.
If I was to say one thing, our fridge froze our milk once but that’s it.
Die Unterkunft liegt in einer Nebenstraße was wir sehr angenehm fanden. Nichtsdestotrotz waren white Beach und bulabog Beach innerhalb weniger Minuten zu erreichen. Restaurants, Bars, 7/11 und D’Mall befinden sich ebenfalls in der Nähe.
Das Hotel Team ist super. Mega freundlich, sehr hilfsbereit und wirklich Service orientiert. Wir haben uns von der ersten Minute hier sehr wohl gefühlt.
Kleiner Kritikpunkt ist, dass die Suite ein wenig dunkel ist. Tageslicht kommt hier eher weniger rein.
