The Nags Head Hotel: Overlooked and underrated.
Pros:

Everything! The staff were very helpful, the room was extremely clean and nice! There's a bunch of various shops around along with Adamstown station within walking distance. Quick bus to Newcastle CBD. I loved staying here and I recommend them 100%.

Cosy, safe, clean and friendly relaxed atmosphere.
Pros:

Budget friendly, ease of access with pin, wifi, clean. Easy parking & great facilities (pub, restaurant & use of kitchenette). Staff really helpful & friendly.

Cons:

The property was great, will stay again. Only way to improve would be to move locations, closer to city lol

I have to confess: the hotel itself and room were clean. Even shared bathrooms were good.

Cons:

TERRIBLE TERRIBLE STAY! MUSIC VERY LOUD UNTIL 3 IN THE MORNING. this is NOT a hotel for adults or people who need to stop by to have a sleep and keep driving hours cause you will definitely won't close your eyes. I need to give 1 cause I dont care about the cleanliness, if I cant sleep it lose all the points.

If your looking for great value, clean and great value for money, this is a good choice. Noise from pub did not worry us
