Pros:

Poloha, mali sme problém s izbou, hneď nám ju vymenili. Personál ochotný

Cons:

Strava sa opakovala a nebola rozmanitá ako som zvyknutá a napríklad župany zničené, aj niektoré vybavenie izby už zažilo najlepšiu éru, ale bolo čisto

Őszintén nagyon rossz volt hatalmasat csalódtam a képek és a vélemények alapján.

A személyzet unott, alá carte fogyasztásra- nincs lehetőség! Értem én, hogy ugyan azok dolgoznak éjjel nappal kint az épület előtti standokon és a szállodában is , nah -de nagyon gyenge volt 2 nap 160.000 ft- ért ! Fizetni kellett parkolás díjat naponta pluszban és a kiskutyáért is egyben kb 20.000 ft-ot . A szállás hajszálas volt, a függöny koszos- a vakolat és a főzőpanel használatos a köntösök szürkék hozzá sem nyúltunk!
A strand még drágább minden egyes strandrészre külön belépőt számolnak fel- azt hiszem 28.000- ret kértek el 2- főért és ebben nem volt az egészre jogosultság.

A rengeteg jó értékelést a szállás , úgy éri el ha 5- csillagot adsz nekik részt vehetsz egy nyereményjátékon.. nekem inkább nem kell köszönöm a vendéglátást , de soha többet nem mennék vissza.

Ételek finomak és mindenki nagyon segítőkész. Mindenre odafigyeltek.

A lokációja volt a fő szempont amiért választottuk.

Cons:

Amikor megérkeztünk sajnálattal mondták nem egymás melletti szobákat kaptunk, amiért amúgy külön telefonáltam és úgy kértem. Viszont ott a helyszínen azonnal megoldották.
A szobánk zárja félig ki volt szakadva, ezt első percben jeleztük de nem sikerült az ottlétünk alatt ezügyben intézkedni.

A pleasant accommodation, great food
Pros:

The location was very close to Hungarospa, Aqua Park, 7 min walk from the hotel. The food was great, dinner meals were very tasty, the room was ok, with enough space, with mini kitchen, fridge, comfortable double bed, large balcony. The room also look good. We also liked the playroom for kids. My son loved it. They organized every evening live music on the terrace and we could listen from the balcony. One evening we danced there, we had a good time.

Cons:

The cleaning service was ok but not so good for a 4 star hotel.
The third bed, wasn't comfortable.
