Cons:

Staff unfriendly, property dated, rooftop pool had only 3 loungers, pool needed cleaning, no facecloths, no facial tissue, hard bed, shower curtain was gross - needed a washing, breakfast was lacking.

Best ever, staying here for about 1 more week, after that rooms are all booked for Tet.
Pros:

OK, good location

Cons:

Nice but too many flowerpots etc. on the main entrance stairs, better to have handrail on one side, no big deal, staff always there to assist.

Good for a week's stay
Pros:

First and most - location location location - nearby sea, shops, cafes, all is close and convenient. Also, walk away for 500 meters and you will get calmness from all the buzz. At check-in people spoke English, also were willing to help fast with any issues we encountered. No request to hold a passport or get any deposit in cash (as some of guests mentioned on google reviews). Room cleaning was done daily, although superficial. Air conditioning was pretty convenient as it doesn't blow straight to the bed area (installed in the ceiling). Wifi wasn't the strongest, but it was enough to have an online meeting.

Cons:

Soundproof could be better. Dirty public areas: halls, corridors. Balcony was small and not much usable as many other guests smoke in balconies and the smoke was coming to us. Shower head was spraying to all kinds of directions.
