Comfortable bed with good value for money
Pros:

The staff was super friendly and attentive, the room was very comfortable, everything worked well. The hotel is not too far from the city center, about a 30-minute walk, and the Lulu supermarket is 250 meters away. There's a coffee shop and restaurants at the new gas station less than 100 meters away. We ordered food online during Ramadan through the Hunger app and it was delivered without any problems.

Cons:

Sometimes there was a bad smell of sewage in the bathroom; this problem seems to be common throughout Saudi Arabia, and we've noticed it elsewhere as well. A bathroom air freshener would be useful for guests to alleviate this discomfort.

Not so clean, stained bedsheets. We paid for 2 rooms but got 1 unit, as the staff were telling me to get 2 rooms in 2 different floors, which is not feasible while staying with kids. After lots of negotiations they offered a unit with 2 bedrooms but not enough beds so my kids had to sleep on the floor with some mattresses they provided. I looked up the unit was advertised for a cheaper price online on that day but I was still charged the higher price as per my original booking of 2 rooms.

Pros:

Its in the centre of the city and balad was near.

Cons:

The staff is very weird. The things i asked for were sent after hours and not sent at all.
There were flies in the room. I asked for an insecticide but that never came.
Bathrooms are not practical.
Upon complaining the guy on the desk said he is fully booked and he is under staffed which led to delays. There was breakfast mentioned at the time of booking. But upon checking in i got to know that that there is nothing.
