لم يعجبني شي للأسف كانت تجربة سيئة جدًا. حجزت جناح جونيور على أساس أنه جناح واسع يتكون من غرفة وصالة، لكن تفاجأت بأن الصالة لا تحتوي على تلفزيون ولا تصلح للجلوس لأكثر من ثلاثة أشخاص، وهذا لا يتوافق مع وصف الجناح. كما أن تعامل الإدارة كان غير احترافي، وشعرت بعدم المصداقية في التعامل. لذلك لا أنصح بالإقامة فيه
كما تم إخراجنا من الفندق في وقت متأخر من الليل بعد خلاف بدأ بسبب طلب بطانيات إضافية، وكان أسلوب التعامل غير لائق إطلاقًا، مما جعل التجربة سيئة جدًا

وقال الساعه 2 الخروج
حاولت يعطيني وقت الو 4 او 3 ورفض
وخرجت بعد اليوم الاول
وسكنت في فندق اخر
وعطوني الى بعد اربع
الظهر صعب الخروج من الفندق
وخاصة الي عنده سفر
اتمنى من الموظف الي رفض يقراء كلامي هذا
ليش هذا التعصب
وهذا التزمت
العميل له حق التعامل الحسن

بصراحه الفندق غير عن الصور تم الغاء الحجز

Cons:

النظافه والاستقبال لا يوجد دورات مياه في اللوبي يتم توجيه القسم الي البيسمنت حيث أن دورة المياة غير نظيفه جدا وتم إلغاء الحجز ولم أقيم فيه 🤢

Very disappointing stay and not worth the price.
Pros:

The location was acceptable, but unfortunately there was nothing else that stood out positively during my stay.

Cons:

I informed the hotel in advance that I would check in at 5:00 PM, but when I arrived the room was still not ready. The previous guest’s trash and mess were still inside. I was asked to wait 10 minutes, but I only received the room key at 7:00 PM. The room lacked basic amenities such as coffee/tea-making facilities, an iron, bathroom hangers, and enough toiletries. Only one tea bag and two small bottles of water were provided. The TV was outdated with very few channels, and there was no microwave to heat food. Considering the high price, the facilities and service were far below expectations.
