Residence molto bello,ordinato pulito,e accogliente. Vicino a tutto bar,supermercato coop a due passi,a 150 m dalla spiaggia.
Il Gestore Francesco sempre molto disponibile e gentile.

В отеле очень отзывчивый и гостеприимный хозяин!!!
В номере было почти всё необходимое!
Мне не хватило некоторых мелочей , типа тазика для стирки мелкого белья, крышек для кастрюль и этажерки (полки) для мыльных принадлежностей в ванную комнату. По моей просьбе мне было выдано всё в тот же день! Стиральная машина была одна на отель, но этого хватало вполне. Стирка белья 9 кг стоила 3 евро.Стиральный порошок нужно иметь свой!Также можно было воспользоваться сушильной машиной за 2.5 евро.
Удивлением для меня было увидеть в невысоком пятиэтажном отеле зеркальный лифт, который был очень кстати в условиях жаркой погоды.
На верхней террасе было джакузи. Достаточно было спросить как его включить и в тот же час хозяин показал необходимые кнопки!
С верхней терассы красивый вид на Республику Сан-Марино, которая возвышается над Римини, и в которую мы решили съездить в пасмурный день. Были удивлены красотой этого государства в 30 минутах езды от отеля.
Совсем близко к отелю располагается железная дорога, которая НИКАК не мешала нам отдыхать. Поезда практически бесшумные.
Проживающим в отеле была скидка в кафе-ресторанчике по той же улочке в 7-8 минутах ходьбы. Нам было там вкусно!
И также была скидка на ближайший пляж в 4-5 минутах ходьбы. Но! Желающим полежать на своём покрывале и не пользоваться лежаками нужно было пройти ещё несколько минут и.... пожалуйста - безоплатный пляж! Пологий вход,широкие пляжи, тёплое море,которое радовало детей волнами через день!
Спасатели неутомимо выполняли свои обязанности и следили за плавающими людьми по периметру берега.
Рекомендую этот отель однозначно! Вернулись бы снова.

Pros:

Der Ort ist wunderschön, und die Umgebung ist einfach großartig – mit vielen Restaurants und Supermärkten zu fairen Preisen. Das Wichtigste aber ist, dass das Hotelmanagement, besonders der Hotelleiter, jeden Gast mit großem Respekt und Menschlichkeit empfängt. Er hilft mit viel Herzlichkeit und Freundlichkeit.

Mein gesamtes Reisegepäck ging am Flughafen Rimini verloren. Der Hotelmanager hat sich persönlich darum gekümmert, indem er sowohl den Flughafen als auch die Polizei kontaktierte, um die Details zu klären. Er hat mir nicht nur bei der Wiederbeschaffung geholfen, sondern ist sogar selbst mit mir zur Polizei gegangen, hat mein Anliegen vom Deutschen ins Italienische übersetzt und mich mit seinem privaten Auto zusammen mit meinem wiedergefundenen Gepäck, das vier Tage lang vermisst war, ins Hotel zurückgebracht.

Ich war wirklich glücklich, einen Menschen zu erleben, der mit so viel Liebe und Einsatz für seine Gäste da ist. Ich habe keine Sekunde gezögert und werde definitiv auch im nächsten Jahr wieder in diesem Hotel buchen.

Ich wusste leider erst an meinem letzten Tag, dass es einen ermäßigten Strandabschnitt Nr. 137 gibt, der zum Hotel gehört. Aber nächstes Jahr werde ich dieselbe Reise auf jeden Fall wieder machen. Vielen Dank! 🌹

Pros:

Even though it's close to the resort, we didn't hear the planes at all even on the beach. There was also no noise in the room from the surrounding area or from neighboring rooms, we slept well. I also appreciate the external blinds that can make it completely dark. The beach was close, overall it is rather a quieter area of ​​Rimini, the sand was pleasant, our little daughter was delighted :)

Cons:

The furniture was older, the kitchen was not the best equipped. It is a pity that the cleaning service is not available during your stay

Fantastic Stay with Amazing Staff and Perfect Location!
Pros:

We recently stayed at the Residence Divina Hotel and had a fantastic time. The staff was amazing, especially Francesco, Roberto, and their wives. They were super friendly and always ready to help with anything we needed.
The hotel itself was nice and had a great location, just a three-minute walk to the beach. It was the perfect place to relax and enjoy our vacation. Highly recommend this place!
