Sehr zentrale Lage, ideal um die Stadt zu erkunden.
Zentrale Lage bedeutet auch immer, dass es Recht laut ist. an offene Fenster nicht zu denken. Besten waren die Zimmer von der Straße weg. Hört man den Autolärm nicht, dafür die Teile von der Klimaanlage.

Das Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Technisch könnte das Hotel allerdings ein wenig modernisiert werden – hier gibt es noch Verbesserungsmöglichkeiten.

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. WLAN war meistens stabil.
Ich war im Zimmer 407 zum Hof hin – die Größe war komfortabel und angenehm.

Cons:

Allerdings gab es ein paar Nachteile: Nachts liefen direkt vor dem Fenster die Lüftungsgeräte, was recht laut war. Am letzten Tag kam es zudem zu einem Wasserausfall. Bett im Zimmer mit einer sehr harten Matratze.

Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist insgesamt in Ordnung. Ein solider Aufenthalt mit Stärken beim Service, aber auch Verbesserungspotenzial bei der technischen Ausstattung.

Zentrale Lage, nettes Personal – könnte Renovierung vertragen
Pros:

Sehr nettes Personal, zentrale Lage und Preis ist ok. WLAN vorhanden und meist stabil. Mein Gepäck konnte während der Tourtage problemlos aufbewahrt werden.

Cons:

Verbesserungswürdig: Das Hotel ist insgesamt stark abgenutzt. Manche Zimmer (teilweise ohne Fenster) sind recht klein, kaum Platz um den Koffer zu öffnen und zudem vollgestellt mit Möbeln. In einem Raum muffelte die Klimaanlage, in anderen war sie sehr laut. Fenster sind undicht (Straßenlärm), Teppiche im Treppenhaus stark abgenutzt, im Kleiderschrank teilweise keine Kleiderbügel. Ich hatte 4 verschiedene Buchungen und somit 4 verschiedene Zimmer – mein Favorit war Zimmer 407 :). Allerdings muss der Gast sehr harte Matratzen mögen. Das war das härteste Bett in dem ich jemals schlief

Kartenzahlung ist zwar möglich, jedoch nur mit 3 % Aufpreis.

Pros:

국경일 연휴에 나름대로 겸손한 가격으로 방을 판매한 것. 외국인 입장에선 저렴했지만 베트남 사람이라면 이런 형편없는 방에 이만큼의 돈도 비싸다. 충분한 하자가 있었으므로 사실 이 가격도 결코 합리적이거나 만족스럽다고 할 수 없었음. 제일 좋은 방이라고 했지만 하루에 30만동이면 충분한 수준. 바퀴벌레 없었으니 다행인 정도. 부킹닷컴측에 일부 환불을 요청하고 싶다.

Cons:

5일 숙박 중 이틀 이상 엘리베이터가 작동하지 않음. 로비 및 일부 공간에서 불쾌한 냄새가 계속 남. 샴푸와 바디워시는 말하지 않으면 미리 준비되어있지 않고 청소시에도 채워두지 않음. tv는 1개의 채널만 작동하며 리모컨이 제대로 작동하지 않음. 에어컨도 크게 시원하지 않다. 직원은 그저 미안하다고만 말할 뿐, 어떠한 해결책도 다른 보상안도 할 수 없다고 말한다. 그들은 그랩을 부를 줄 모르며 택시를 불러줄 수 있다고 하지만 택시비는 보통 그랩 가격의 150% 이상. (택시 호출 리베이트를 호텔 측에서 받고 있는 듯하다.) 국경일 연휴라 다른 숙소를 구하기 힘든 상황이라 어쩔 수 없이 묵었지만 사실 연휴가 아니라면 절대로 팔리지 않을 수준의 싸구려. 외국인으로써 연휴에 길바닥으로 쫓겨날까봐 참고 견딘 시간.
