Pros:

Das Personal war durchweg sehr freundlich. Schönes Zimmer und alles sehr sauber. War zum zweiten Mal hier und habe mich wieder sehr wohl gefühlt.

Cons:

Ein paar glutenfreie Sachen beim Frühstück wären toll.

Das Team des Hotels war mehr als freundlich...sie waren menschlich, hilfsbereit, sehr zuvorkommend, einfach toll. Das gibt es nicht überall. Das Frühstück ließ keine Wünsche offen, und das Glas Wein am Abend in der Bar konnte man gemütlich genießen. Das Hotel war super sauber, ich komme sehr gerne wieder. 😀

Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Das Zimmer war sauber und schön eingerichtet. Das Personal war freundlich und der Gameroom war – mit Ausnahme des Billardtisches, der zu klein war – auch ein Plus.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war etwas zu schmal, um gemütlich um das Bett herumzulaufen (Superior Doppelzimmer Gold). Die Bodenseecard West haben wir erst auf Nachfrage erhalten.
