Pros:

Breakfast spread and taste is good. Even in-room dining experience was also good and they allow outside food which was a bonus. Ample parking space is a plus.

Cons:

We reached 2 hours early and the staff asked extra money for early-check-in. Though they had the room available, they didn't gave. Only after multiple request they provided the room after one hour wait.

Ok stay

Cons:

Over priced rooms that did not even have two chairs for the two of us staying. The rooms were not aired out so there was a damp smell that caused allergies for me. The reception staff were unprofessional and there were no bell boys to help us carry the luggage. I regret paying almost 4000 for one night.

A lovely hotel which is comfortable and an oasis form the heat and humidity of the local streets
Pros:

All very good. Excellent meals and lovely service . it could not be faulted. Air conditioning/fan very good as well

Cons:

Laundry unavalable form Friday midday till Monday. That was unaaceptable
