Good hotel but varied service
Pros:

Good rooms but varied service. Second stay in a month and on both occasions the room key timed out every day which was inconvenient. Room cleaners need training for consistency in standards. Ensuring towels, toiletries, tea coffee provisions are as they should be. This was a daily issue.

Disappointing and NOT five stars
Pros:

This hotel is supposedly five stars, but it barely makes it past three. It’s run down and disappointing. The tub is just behind the shower stall, but the towels are above the tub, so in order to grab your towel after you’ve showered you must climb over the tub, which makes it uncomfortable and even dangerous, especially if you’re short in stature.

The breakfast is alright, but the coffee was particularly terrible. We would not choose this hotel again, especially when there are others in the atea area that are actually five stars.

Personnel très réactif , très professionnel et très agréable.
Nous avons bénéficié de 2 superbes chambres communicantes, avec une belle vue dégagée sur un beau parc de palmiers.
Nous avons testé le dîner en chambre : incroyablement bon et superbement préparé.
Le petit déjeuner servi sous forme de buffet offre un large choix pour tous les goûts.
La piscine au dernier étage sur le toit est très agréable et surveillée.
Un très très agréable séjour dans ce très bel hôtel .

Beautiful hotel, loved our room, bed was comfortable, sofa in room was clean and comfortable as well, the whole service was amazing, didn’t take longer than 5 minutes for any request we made.
All staff were friendly, nice and professional.
