However upon arrival I was told there was an issue with my booking, to which I asked what the issue is only to be told my booking had been cancelled due to a technical issue - I was offered a refund and that was all I had just arrived alone as a young girl offered no help just to find somewhere else to stay - asked to speak to a manager that was not possible given a number to call who deals with bookings rang multiple times and messaged no answer still no answer a day later

Location, beds were very comfortable and the staff were very nice.
A little construction next door however we were warned ahead of time, spent most of the time at the beach. Request a pool view room, better than the street side.

Zimmer ruhig, sauber. Gute Lage für Strandseite. Pluspunkt: ist direkt neben einer coolen Pickle-Ball-Anlage (Empfehlung Platz zu buchen).

The staff were great and very accommodating. Rooms are comfy and they always ask if you want your room attended to before they do.
The street it's on is a bit narrow and can be dark late at night and easily missed. It's also in between two busy night areas so can be a long walk or just an easy bike ride.
The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful! They gave great recommendations and were able to help call places in advance when we had queries. The room is also very clean and comfortable, and for the price would be hard to beat!
