In anzi tutto la.pulizia, era un bilocale con balconi, la signorina è stata accogliente, è una struttura famigliare, il bagno 8 convenzionati accettano cani e ci sono i posti con recinto, c'è una coop raggiungibile con il pullman. Veramente molto carino..

The ideal budget-friendly spot in Rimini!
Pros:

This property was excellent, particularly given its price point. It featured two spacious rooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and a laundry machine, making it ideal for a comfortable and convenient stay. The owner was exceptionally friendly and welcoming. The rooms were clean, the beds were very comfortable, and the property included a rooftop terrace, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the surroundings.

The location was a highlight, situated right next to the beach, with an added benefit of a partnership with a nearby hotel that allowed guests to rent beach beds at a discounted rate. A nearby bus stop provided easy access to major tourist attractions.

Great place for family holiday
Pros:

We had 2 apartments. They were bit different in equipment level. Other had much more storage space.

If you are in for a beach holiday this is really good place very close to the beach. There are few good restaurants close by.

Parking is not included but it was possible to find free parking from walking distance.

ACs worked. Beds were good (harder, not soft, so it depends what you like).

Cons:

Generally apartments were in good condition, but other had stove which might need some renovation and AC was not taking conmands from remote (maybe batteries?), AC was working though.


There are some small kiosks around but real market is quite far.

Moc se nám tu líbilo. Pokoje jsou spíše bytečky, naprosto dokonalé pro rodinu s dětmi, pokoje oděleny, vlastní koupelna, vybavená kuchyně, pračka, klimatizace zdarma.. Pohovka rozkládací je tedy vhodná spíše pro děti, dospělému by již tak pohodlná nebyla. Hotel by navíc potřeboval kvalitního údržbáře, protože občas najdete drobnost na opravu / netěsnící dřez, trocha vody tekla do skříňky ke koši/ , chybějící šroub u madla ve sprše.. kdyby se tyto detaily eliminovali, řekla bych, že je hotel doslova dokonalý. Jsme naprosto spokojeni, krásných 7 dní za naprosto úžasnou cenu. Personál je velmi milý a příjemný, snaží e se vším pomoci.
