People yelling and knocking on doors in the middle of the night.
Finding out how to get into the hotel was a mess. No main level entry was very confusing.
Called front desk a few times with no answer.
Musty, kind of "old" smell in lobby.
The breakfast was good. Staff very friendly. Room nice.
The room could use more lights.
The cleanliness and the location.
NA
Very close to Union Station
Walls were thin. Could hear tv and alarm in next room
The staff was amazing and very helpful and friendly.
You have to be buzzed in on the first floor to get to the second floor lobby. That was not obvious to me. It worked out fine.
Front desk was friendly and helpful. Parking was convenient as well.
Beds could be a bit more comfortable
The location is great, so close to many restaurants and tourist historical sites. The room was also nice. Breakfast was okay, but the restaurant was so crowded, you barely could find a table( this was Thanksgiving weekend so maybe that's why). The view was really cool towards the city from the restaurant though.
The swimming pool is tiny, it looks like a large bathtub, so we didn't even bother, although we were planning to use it. There is no actual lobby, the reception is on the second floor and the restaurant is right there.
Location and facilities
I cannot say anything negative
Good location to get to local attractions such as the jazz hall of fame and the negro leagues Hall of Fame
