The room was beautiful, extremely clean and the beds were very comfortable. The free breakfast was great. If you are visiting locations downtown, this property was perfect; close to everything.
The property was clean. The staff was really nice.
I didn’t like that the pull out couch bed was uncomfortable and you had to be buzzed in to check in with Livy on the second floor.,
Lockdown doors, proximity to event center
Charge for parking that I was not aware of and. Barges for dog I don’t have a dog with me.
Very clean
Close to Union Station
Very comfortable
Nothing I can mention
Location was good, breakfast was an EXCELLENT hot breakfast with the best hotel biscuits I've ever had.
I guess free parking would have been better. But everything else was Great
I stayed here recently for a youth sports tournament. While the location is convenient for downtown access, there was a significant gap between the "event pricing" we paid and the actual guest experience.
The Room
The room had a noticeable odor upon check-in that didn’t quite dissipate. More importantly, if you are traveling with family and relying on the sofa bed, be aware: it was wildly uncomfortable. When I raised the issue with the front desk, the solution offered was a flat sheet for extra "cushioning," (see picture its laughable) which didn’t help. At a $320/night price point, I expected a higher standard of sleep quality.
Service & Staff
The staff is communicative, they reached out via text during the stay to check in. However, some logistics were frustrating. During a severe hail storm, I tried to move my car to a covered area to avoid damage, only to find that hotel employees were occupying the protected spots, leaving guest vehicles exposed.
Value for Money
This is where the experience fell short. Our tournament rate was $320 plus $60 for parking. Checking the rates for the following week, the room was listed at $142. While I understand surge pricing for events, the quality of the stay, from the room smell to the bedding, felt more aligned with the $140 price tag than the $320 we were charged.
Management did eventually offer 20,000 points to make up for the issues, which I appreciate, but it didn't quite bridge the gap for the price-to-value disparity we experienced.
Pros: Good location
Cons: Sofa bed comfort, staff parking priority during weather events, significant price inflation for tournaments.
Location was good, as is anything on Main St now with the streetcar. I think the Crossroads stop is as close to The Green Lady and The Blue Room as you can get.
Breakfast wasn't amazing, but there were plenty of options: cereal, yogurt, waffles, etc.
Comfy, clean room.
Minor maintenance. The escutcheon on the shower arm was off as was the escutcheon for the curtain IN the room, and a couple of minor things that should have been addressed by housekeeping.
It was beyond clean and updated
Nothing
The staff were very helpful, the location was central and the room was very comfortable and had everything I needed.
No water Hilton associated water bottles in the room.
