Great loved it
Pros:

The property was stunning!!! We had a huge balcony which we didn’t expect and it had sun all day was really quiet and private. Loved the scenery the marina was stunning and the pool was great. Honestly really lovely place to stay just a little far out from things but would recommend the taxi company the hotel gave us. We were able to get taxis at anytime. The trips were also really good and would recommend as you can travel the island that way rather than getting transport to different places. Great place to stay

Peaceful. Scenic.
Pros:

Location was superb, albeit a bit remote from town centre. Restaurant was a bit slow for service. Staff kindly arranged for us to use a room after checkout as our room was booked and we had a late flight

Very enjoyable.
Pros:

Lovely peaceful location. The accommodation was great with plenty of space to relax outside of the bedroom. A good size pool with areas to relax in the shade if needed.

Very comfortable stay in lovely surroundings but with some limitations
Pros:

The room was excellent. More of a studio with a lovely bathroom, comfortable bed and seating area. Breakfast was very good and the onsite gym (which is extremely important to us) is excellent.

Cons:

The swimming pool is nice and clean but has no facilities around it e.g. drinks, and is up a steep hill so it is not easy to keep going up and down. The property is in a lovely harbour location but it is a 20 mins walk to the nearest shop, again up very steep hills. You can't rely on the restaurant serving food/drinks until the time advertised as they close if it is quiet. This is a problem as there is nowhere else to get food.

Finally received my refund back after checking out after two night ls
Pros:

The room was great, the room was actually clean and nicely set up

Cons:

Full trash bags laying around all over the property.
The food was awful and even Fried(!) calamari’s came out cold with barely any actual calamari in it.
The pool was just not being taken cared of, no set ups.
The restaurant/bar by the pool was completely closed.
Empty beer bottles around the staircase up to the pool.
And I’m sorry but even the staff had no service mind or what so ever, even when bringing up complaints we received a bad approach back and just bad attitude.

Pros:

Very spacious cottages in a superb setting. The cottages are very high spec and beautiful inside. Bathroom is particularly impressive.

Cons:

Lighting of pathways at night was poor so take a torch (or your phone)

Entspannung und Ruhe direkt am Meer
Pros:

Lage direkt am Meer. Hochwertige Ausstattung mit viel Platz und Stauraum. Riesiger Balkon direkt am Wasser. Gut ausgestattete Küche, bequemes Bett. Riesiges Bad mit Meerblick. Schöner Pool, stabiles WLan. Wer Ruhe und Entspannung sucht, ist hier richtig. Parkplätze vorhanden. Restaurants in 3 Min.; Supermarkt in 6 min mit Auto erreichbar. Gibt aber auch Bar und Restaurant vor Ort. Check In und Iut problemlos, vorab Kontaktaufnahme durch Hotel mit gutem Informationsfluß. Lance aux Epines ist eine villenreiche, hügelige Halbinsel; weit weg von Party und Hektik. Es gibt hier einen künstlichen Sandstrand, jedoch keine Liegen oder Sitzmöglichkeiten. Echter Strand in 3 Autominuten erreichbar.

Cons:

Es ist noch Luft nach oben, was die Pflege des Komplexes angeht. Es ist so schön angelegt, wird aber nicht in Schuß gehalten. Tägliche Zimmerreinigung gibt es nicht. In unseren 6 Nächten kam die Reinigungskraft nur einmal vorbei und das auch nur nach intensivem Nachhaken.

I loved the rustic look of the room and the compact kitchen which included dinnerware, cutlery, pots and pans, saving me money on breakfast. My room had a huge patio. My complaint is that the patio furniture was in very bad shape and there was no Tv service. Bring your fire stick.

Pros:

It’s really a secret, well hidden away, private, quiet and beautiful rooms next to the water. There is a restaurant on property and all the amenities you need to have a comfortable stay. Good choice for couples as well.
