Convenient location and good value for money
Pros:

Convenient and cheap accommodation for a first night in Osaka. It's located near to the trainline from the airport and was easy to get to. The room was very small but clean and comfortable, and there were basic kitchen facilities (microwave, kettle). The showers were good. The staff were very welcoming, even though we arrived just before check-in closed!

安い、駅近で関空の早朝アクセスに便利
Pros:

安いし JRと地下鉄駅に近い
特に大阪メトロの地下出入口から1分かからない 出発日は雨だったので助かった
関空に行くのに南海新今宮駅を予定してたがメトロ天下茶屋駅の乗り換えにしたら傘なしでも行けた

Cons:

風呂が21時まで、チェックイン22時までなので慌てて向かった

Les noies que ens van atendre van ser molt ambales i simpàtiques. La ubicació és molt bona i pots fer-te un bany privat (només si ets home).
