Pros:

This place was very clean; room cleaning was provided during my stay. Staff were all very nice. Pillows were comfortable, overall no complaints at all. Thermostat worked as expected and well.

Cons:

I do not have anything negative to say about my stay.

Pros:

Staff was helpful and nice when there was a small glitch in the booking! They let us keep our truck there for nearly 12 hours after check out even!

Worth the stay if you are looking to sleep only.
Pros:

Room was clean, large shower is a plus as I am a bigger person. The hotel was quiet at the staff were helpful.

Cons:

The amount of food in the restaurant for the money was not where it could have been. On top of that the pasta I had ordered had no protein on it. The $30 a night stay to park my vehicle is a bit excessive, and the grab and go might have been the worst price wise that I have seen.

Great location will stay again
Pros:

Loved the location and stayed for ISAA archery. Closest to the convention center.
Clean modern hotel. The glass walk-in shower was very nice. Housekeeping did a fantastic job cleaning the room for a multinight stay.
I called to add an extra night, and the staff was polite and accommodating.
It was nice to have a bar and restaurant as part of the hotel.

Cons:

Some of the outlets were loose, which wouldn't charge my phone. It was not a major deal, but for the price of the room, it's something that should be fixed.
We parked outside, and the hotel charges $30 a day. That seems like something that should be included, but if parking underground, that would be worth the price.
No breakfast included but able to go to connected restaurant.

Gute Lage - schlechte Reinigung
Pros:

Eine sehr gute Lage und eine tolle Bar.

Cons:

Wir hatten eine Skyview-Suite und das Zimmer war schmutzig. Wir haben uns zwischenzeitlich bei der Rezeption gemeldet und es wurden auch nur Stellen nochmal gereinigt, die stark verschmutzt waren. Beispielsweise lagen Glasscherben unter dem TV-Tisch - diese wurden entfernt, aber der Boden nicht nochmal gereinigt. Als wir bei der Rezeption die Kritik geäußert haben, dass unser Baby beim krabbeln auf dem Boden schwarze Hände und Knie bekommt, gab es keine überraschte Reaktion. Schade, dass die Reinigung und der Service nicht dem Standard entspricht, den wir bei Hotels der Hilton-Gruppe kennen.
