Los muebles tan feos. Tambores de aceite reciclados en un apartamento,casi de lujo son una mala broma.

Wonderful stay
Pros:

Great location! Short walk to many sights. Felt safe here and appreciated the reception desk and free breakfast that was delivered to our room every morning. Also liked that our uber or driver could pull right up to the front door of the hotel. We had a nice big window that we could open and overlooked the street. The room had a small refrigerator and had coffee and tea in the room too which we utilized. I would stay here again.

Cons:

Everything was great! Not much counter space in the bathroom. But this was minor.

Flat perfeito! Tem tudo que precisa pra fazer refeições, ótimas camas, chuveiro bom com toalhas de qualidade. Descansamos muito bem. A localização é ótima, dá pra se virar a pé e também é acessível para pegar uber com malas. Tem elevador. O staff é super querido, nos atenderam super bem! Recomendo demais! Voltaria inclusive!

Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and our time in Lisboa.
Pros:

The location was great and we really enjoyed the daily breakfast. The staff was very accommodating and helped with any questions we had and made our stay an enjoyable one.

Cons:

The design of the apartment was more "artsy" than practical which made things less comfortable than what we expected. The noise from the outside bars in the area kept the one couple who stayed in the room facing the street up at night which was not appreciated. But we stayed over a weekend that included a holiday, so we understood why it was loud.

Posizione comoda, appartamento ben arredato, pulito, attrezzato. Letti comodissimi.
Colazione abbondante e molto varia.
Piccole coccole come la bottiglia di vino in omaggio!
Ultimo, ma non meno importante, staff gentile e molto disponibile. Lo consiglio tantissimo ☺️

Séjour agréable au Chiado Arty Flats
Pros:

L’aménagement de notre logement, confortable, nous étions 3 et avions l’espace nécessaire. Le coin cuisine est un plus.

Cons:

Petit point négatif sur le petit déjeuner qui est amené en chambre à l’heure de votre choix. Produit frais mais vraiment triste de ne pas avoir un bon café « maison » le choix entre le café soluble ou la tabs type nespresso ! Alors qu’il y a du si bon café au Portugal! Cela serait un plus considérable pour le petit dej d’avoir le petit thermo de café.
Autre point - mais cela n’est pas relatif à l’établissement, mais plus aux occupants ! Certains très bruyants et peu respectueux du repos des autres occupants. Départs à 5h du matin dans le bruit ou retour très tard sans précaution dans l’escalier d’accès aux logements.

Excelente lugar para se hospedar.
Pros:

Hotel recem reformado, com elevador novo.

Quartos confortáveis e com várias comodidades conforme a descrição da acomodação. Destaco, especialmente, duas comodidades que são difíceis de encontrar: o chuveiro com filtro(primeira vez que vejo em um hotel) e o ferro de passar roupas disponivel no quarto.

Café da manhã servido no quarto no horário agendado, muito gostoso. Pedimos algumas adaptações que foram prontamente atendidas, inclusive, todos os dias, o pessoal mandava leite vegetal para minha mãe que é intolerante a lactose.
De bonus, o excedente da refeição garantia um pequeno lanche no final do dia.

A equipe muito simpática, gentil, prestativa, acolhedora e bem humorada.
Meu contato maior foi com Miguel que me deu várias dicas excelentes.
Aproveito para agradecer publicamente por ele ter encontrado meu fone de ouvido! O mais incrível é que Miguel descobriu que era meu sem eu nem ter mencionado o sumiço (eu achava que tinha perdido no aeroporto).

Nas proximidades do hotel há muitas opções de bons restaurantes, lojas, mercados e passeios diferentes. Tem um mirante pertinho (300 metros) que possibilitava um passeio agradável quando as pernas esgotavam.

Enfim, a hospedagem nesse hotel foi uma ótima experiencia que iremos repetir sempre que possível.

Cons:

Sinceramente, não há nada nesse hotel que eu não tenha gostado.
