Ich habe ein Zimmer gebucht und habe in Frankfurt etwas Verspätung gehabt war gegen 23:40 beim Hotel und habe auch unterwegs angerufen dort hat mir kein die tüv aufgemacht ich musste leider am dem haben fast kein Zimmer mehr gefunden dann Habe ich in Ludwigsburg ein Hotel Zimmer bei der Ibis Hotel in Ludwigsburg bekommen

La posizione è molto comoda dal centro.

Cons:

La camera era molto sporca, all'arrivo ho dovuto pulire tutto, sembrava non fosse stata nemmeno pulita prima. Ho avuto bisogno di contattare la reception per chiedere se era possibile il deposito bagagli, ma non sono riuscita a parlare con nessuno.

In der Booking-App waren die Check-in-Zeiten angegeben. Ich habe mich daran gehalten, aber mein Check-in wurde trotzdem abgelehnt. Außerdem wurde das Geld von meiner Param-Karte abgebucht. Als ich vor dem Hotel stand, hat niemand die Tür geöffnet. Auch am Telefon wurde sehr unfreundlich mit mir gesprochen. Als Antwort bekam ich nur: „Das Zimmer war da, Sie sind nicht gekommen.“ Ich kann dieses Hotel absolut nicht empfehlen!

Lage war super, Personal total freundlich

Cons:

Zimmer war nicht wirklich geputzt, Schimmel im Bad, Möbel alt, sah alles nicht einladend und Vertrauens erweckend aus. Preis viel zu hoch für eine Nacht. Würde dieses Hotel auf keinen Fall empfehlen.

Einfach Respektlos
Cons:

Nicht normal Respektlos!
Es wird telefonisch aus gemacht das wir in 20min da sind um check-in machen.
Dan wird später einfach nicht ans Telefon gegangen
Und gleich handy aus machen.
Da sitzen dort Männer ohne Wörter die deren dinge nicht im Griff bekommen.
Nie wieder !!

Nunca mas en ese informal hotel

Nada. La ubicacion, quizás.

Cons:

No es la primera vez que me hospedaba en ese Hotel, hasta ahora sin problemas. Pero actualmente hay un personal que no son amables: Enfrente de mi discutían otros huéspedes, a quienes les habían asignado una habitación sucia y el hotel decía que no era cierto. A mi me dijeron que mi reserva no estaba hecha y despues de enseñarles mi reserva, el personaje de la recepcion hizo algo en su ordenador y en seguida me apareció un mensaje donde decía que el hotel había rechazado mi reserva y que no sé me cobraría nada. Inmediatamente tuve que buscar otro hospedaje, fue pésima experiencia y NUNCA MAS en ese informal hotel.
