Clean room
Waited 25 minutes for someone to answer the door had to go into the resturant to get someone to let me in, despite calling their phone line.
Room was too hot to sleep in even with window open left early booked inzo another hotel

Really good value for money, nothing special, would I use it again? Yes
I think my room must have been over a kitchen, woken up at 5am by what sounded like cupboard doors being opened and closed noisily, carried on intermittently till mid morning.

Close to a big Sainsbury’s. Safe area. Easy to reach.
The radiator was on in 30°C+ weather and could not be switched off. When we called the front desk because there was no one around after the door was opened for us, they called back after an hour from not picking up and I told them about the radiator issue and the fact that although two adults were booked, only 1 towel had been provided and they said they’d fix it. An hour later when we got back to the hotel, nothing had been fixed so I called again and they picked up and said sorry and would be right there. They did not come for 30 minutes and we had to leave for dinner reservations. Once we got back, they had provided one more towel and the solution to a broken radiator in 30°C muggy heat room was to crack open the window.
The room was also so dusty that our socks turned black and the bathroom had a couple of bugs scuttling around, not to mention the limescale on the toilet.
