Not satisfied , had went and stayed to relieve my memories from Norwich but disappointed at the end

Pros:

Staff were so lovely, helpful and friendly. Shower and toilets were nice, clean and quiet. The room facilities good, kettle etc. Resteraunt smelled and looked amazing, will be going to try their food soon!!

Cons:

The room cleanliness was pretty poor. The room hadnt been hoovered, hair and tobacco on the bed so unlikely it was washed just re made. Walls a bit grubby.
But room did as we needed it to for our night out and the lovely staff make up for faults.

Good value location on the edge of the city centre
Pros:

The room was a good size, and they had provided a fan for the hot weather. Bed was comfortable, bathroom was clean and overall a pleasant enough stay. We didn't experience any noise from other guests, and the location was close to the city centre. The adjoining restaurant downstairs was delicious, and all vegetarian.

Cons:

In spite of the fan the room was still very hot, but this was eventually solved by switching off the heated towel rail in the bathroom- finally found the switch above the bathroom door! No reception staff to help with this issue.

Forgettable
Pros:

Was relatively clean.

Cons:

There was no check in desk, we had to wait 15 mins just to get a room key, rooms were needing touched up with paint, rooms were too hot. Noise downstairs was too much for 11pm and we were tired.

It's okay if you have no where else , worst case scenario
Pros:

I liked it was cheap and cheerful

Cons:

Toilet and bathroom are shared which fair enough that's how it goes for some places and totally respect that. But for a quick cheap last minute option with no others at time unless I paid more for the luxury then this is why I choose to go here.
