Excellent for the price

For the price, I really have no complaints.

Cons:

It was a shared bathroom, but I knew that before I got there. There were no staff around, other than for pre-arranged check in, so I was nervous that problems with the key card may stop me from entering the hotel and my room. I need not have been nervous - there were no problems with the key card.

Pros:

Everything! I was expecting the room to be disappointing but I couldn't believe the high standard. The complimentary tea, coffee, water by the bed was a nice touch. The fan was a God send in this weather. The window opened fully (usually they are covered over in paint) for fresh air & the blinds moved freely up & down without collapsing to the floor. There was also a clean towel on the bed in case you needed one. The bathroom was surprisingly clean considering it was shared. The close proximity to the bus/coach station & town centre is all within walkable distance. I could go on.....will book again.

Cons:

Suggestions - (1) May be a mini fridge in the room to keep drinks, etc bought from outside cool.(2) Not sure if 'no lift access' is mentioned on 'Bookings.com'.

Cons:

When we entered our room one of the first things we saw was a bed bug on the bed. We then looked under the sheets and bed to find more bed bugs and many yellow or red brown stains. We felt that such conditions were unsafe and left.

Cheap, ideally located, great food, clean and comfortable
Pros:

Perfect location for the waterfront, great food downstairs and you get a discount, room was perfect for our needs, clean bathroom and great price

Highly recommend, 4.5 stars
Pros:

The bed was so comfortable I didnt want to get out. Place was so clean, and the cleaning lady was such a doll, and very good at her job

Cons:

The bed frame was a little to big for rhe room and im bruised because of it 🙃
Staff member that greeted me was so nice, and didnt say a word but just handed me the key
