Die Lage unschlagbar gut. Direkt an der Promenade und in der Einkaufsstraße.

Hat eine tolle Lage
Pros:

Von der Dachterasse aus kann man das Meer sehen und es liegt fast am Strand.

Cons:

Der Fahrstuhl war kaputt. Die Handseife am Waschbecken war die ganze Zeit leer und wurde nicht aufgefüllt.

Okay, aber zu teuer
Pros:

Die Unterkunft ist direkt zwischen Promenade und Bahnhof und unmittelbar neben ein paar netten Restaurants gelegen. Im Bett habe ich gut geschlafen.

Cons:

Für 75€ pro Nacht fand ich die Einrichtung recht schäbig. Alles ist sehr alt und abgenutzt, die Armaturen waren verkeimt. Für die 2 Übernachtungen war es in Ordnung, mehr nicht. 18 € für Frühstück ist mir auch zu viel. Die Räume sind sehr hellhörig. An der Haustür habe ich immer mehrere Minuten rütteln müssen, bis ich sie aufbekommen habe.

Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist herausragend. Man ist direkt am Strand oder auf der Einkaufsmeile. In unter 10 Minuten hat man den Borkumer Bahnhof erreicht.
Wir haben sehr spontan für Silvester gebucht. Das Preis-Leistungs Verhältnis war für diesen Fall sehr gut. Das Frühstück war klassisch, aber gut. Wir konnten mit Hund anreisen, was nach Anmeldung einen kleinen Aufpreis bedeutet hat.

Cons:

Die Zimmer waren klein, aber ausreichend. Leider war es etwas hellhörig und teils wurde um 8 Uhr morgens auf dem Flur gesaugt, was etwas früh ist, wenn man im Urlaub ausschlafen möchte. Zudem waren einige Angebote, wie Rührei, beim Frühstück bereits gegen 9 Uhr vergriffen.

Frisch gepresster Orangensaft; gŕosse Auswahl an Brötchen; der Kaffee war top, tolles Frühstück!
