Unas buenas instalaciones exteriores
La recepción mal ubicada, el agua tarda muchísimo en salir caliente. No tiene luz en las mesitas de noche, el agua de la ducha se sale fuera, la puerta de entrada no cerraba bien, al llegar no había toallas. Una llegada muy regular.
La comodidad de la habitación y la cercanía de los responsables. Parece que estuvieses en familia. Son encantadores❤️

Se nos fue mucho la luz,no pudimos disfrutarlo al 100%,no era por culpa del establecimiento pero si que deberían estar preparados para este tipo de cosas

No me gustó nada.del lugar.
Al llegar al sitio en la recepción no había nadie, tuvo que ir mi marido a buscar a alguien del personal. La habitación no tenía ni toallas ni papel higiénico y me di cuenta a las 02h de la mañana, así que no me pude duchar. La habitación tenía suciedad debajo de la cama y olía a tabaco. Pregunté por un enchufe en el parking al tener un coche eléctrico y me dijeron que lo iban a ver y luego no me dijeron nada. El desayuno costó 8€ cada persona y solo había mantequilla, mermelada y paté, el café aguado de una mini maquina que servía varios tipos de café, y un zumo de tetrabrik que cuando pedí un segundo vaso la mujer del bar me puso mala cara. La llave de la puerta tenía un llavero gigante...y como nadie me explicó donde dejar la llave al irnos tuvimos que volver a buscar a alguien para saber qué hacer con ella, en fin...no repetiría nunca.
Era tranquilo,el personal atento.
La falta de armario en la habitación ,no había donde colocar las cosas.
Me pareció un lugar muy cómodo, tranquilo y divertido para pasar unos días de vacaciones y piscina con mi hijo de 9 años. Además la chica encargada del hotel Rocío un encanto y super amable cualquier cosita que necesites te lo facilita de momento, así que volveremos con mucho gusto.
