Not comfortable at all
Pros:

Nice hotel

Cons:

No Hear in my room. You guys need to reimburse me some money. This us unacceptable during the winter months, you guys probably have had multiple people in this room before me.

Cons:

Did not meet expectations. Employee asked me for a cigarette. NO WI FI without signing up for rewards so I didn’t have wi fi for my 190 bucks. (Never again will I stay). Breakfast could bounce off the floor. Overall bad experience. Oh yes forgot they were out of bottled water.

It was great with the wonderful staff
Pros:

We loved the staffs friendly attitudes and helpfulness. They were always helpful and supportive to us during the whole time. We had to fix our car and they were great about it all the time.

Cons:

The pool was out of order and I do water exercises and had family wanting to swim and we couldn't do that with them. That disappointed us since we decided on this hotel because of the pool.

Needed a mental break, a mini vacation from everything..... this met all of that.

I would stay again, but I just can’t sleep on beds that firm. But in all a Great place.

Cons:

The bed we had was EXTRA FIRM. Love the hotel bud I didn’t rest well at all.

Hotel needs major clean up, poor water pressure, dirty room, lobby smelled horrible, dirty elevators. The sign said ice and vending and there was only ice. Shower door would not say Shut. Shampoo was empty in the shower

Buena hotel personal descortés

Habitaciones cómodas y modernas, buena relación calidad precio, buen desayuno (yogurth, cereal, café, jugos, avena, frutas, pancakes, panes dulces, pan tajado, omelete huevo y queso, carne, papas fritas con cáscara), implemento de aseo, limpio

Cons:

El personal de recepción que me recibió bastante displicente. Cuando llegue habia un letrero que decía que estaba en el baño y regresaba en 15 minutos sin embargo estaba sentado casi acostado en el comedor contiguo, se paró a atender con apariencia de pereza, me dijo que pasra la tarjeta pero me estaba cobrando la koche alojamiento que ya habia pagado, cuando le pregunte por qué motivo la arreglo y me entregó la llave de la habitación sin activar. Le pedi que ingresara mi i# de hilton honors y me dijo que eso no servía. Me decepcionó la atención

worse experience ever at a Hampton Inn.

Cons:

There was a birthday party with excessive noise on the second night, complained and asked for another room, they were full so left. Manager said we would only be charged for one night; just checked my credit card bill and we were charged for the entire stay.- $1275.00- This isn't over yet.

I DID NOT STAY THERE. THERE WAS AN EVACUATION OF THE PROPERTY DUE TO POLICE ORDERS AND I NEVER RECEIVED A CALL FROM THE HOTEL AFTER THEY SAID THEY WOILD CALL ME WHEN IT WIULD BE SAFE TO RETURN SO I HAD TO FIND OTHER ACCOMMODATIONS !
