The hotel pictures are misleading
Everything is old
Bathroom is disgusting
There are small black insects everywhere flying from the bathroom and in the bedrooms
Black small insects gnats coming from the sewer in the bathroom
It was terrible night we couldn’t sleep they were flying in front of our graces and noses
We told the owner about the gnats she said that this is normal for this area bec it’s too old and didn’t do anything about it
We suppose to stay there 3 nights and we paid for 3 nights but we left after the first night we were going to leave the same night but we arrived very late and we were scared bec the area is very scary risers are narrow and dirty
We were misleaded by the photos of this place
We paid for breakfast there is literally nothing to eat there was 4 pieces of string cheese and flies
We need full refund of our stay bec it was miserable experience and the host didn’t cooperate with our request
Room was very small to fit 4 of us and one small bathroom!!
Host said that you are not going to fil all of you bags bec initially we suppose to have 2 bedrooms then reservation changed to one bed room and the host said that bags won’t fit and sea us struggling and didn’t bother to accommodate us
Pls refund us for our money and as u see we booked another hotel with Expedia for the same time we booked at this terrible place and pics shows the gnats on the beds cover sheets
And the OWNER is very very rude and disrespectful stay away from this place

Fulya hanım ve eşi çok sıcakkanlı ve misafirperverdi. Şuana kadar kaldığımız en tatlı butik oteldi. Kahvaltısı bahçesi çok tatlıydı ve aşırı merkezi bir konumda olması da diğer bir artısı. Her şey için teşekkür ederiz

Hem konum açısından hem

Beklentimizi fazlasıyla karşılayan bir konaklamaydı. Küçük görünse de detaylara baktığınızda, temizliği, oda içerisindeki sağlanan havluların temizliği düzeni, odanın aydınlatmasından tutun havalandırmasına kadar büyük otelleri aratmayacak detaylar etkileyiciydi. Geneline baktığınızda güvende, emniyete ve pratik kullanıma özen gösterildi. Yine gideceğiz

Odalar yeterince temiz, işlevsel. Aynı zamanda bizimle ilgilenen otel sahipleri çok özveriliydiler. Her şey için teşekkürler. 12 yaştan küçük çocukların olmaması iyiydi, serpme kahvaltı açık büfe ve çok lezizdi.

Oldukça temiz ve rahat bir konaklamaydı. Kahvaltısı sade ve güzeldi. Tek sorunu otopark olmaması, kaldı ki o da buradaki çoğu otelde olan bir sorun.

Güleryüz ve aile ortamımda bir tatil geçirdik, Fulya ve eşi Kürşat beye teşekkür ediyoruz.

Hôtel parfaitement situé, très agréable et calme, avec une belle cour interieure. Personnels accueillant et pleins de bon conseils pour les bonnes adresses de la ville. Et petit déjeuner frais et fait maison.

Petite adresse très sympathique, hôtes charmants qui parlent anglais et très bons petits dej' faits maison dans le patio. On est proche de tout sans être dans une rue passante. C'était parfait !

Otel butik, yeterli olanaklara sahip ve merkezde. Kahvaltısını beğendim (ev yapımı reçeller, soslar klasik kahvaltılık yanında pankek), yumurta sıcakları günlük belirleniyor, masaya geliyor. (Otlu omlet, omlet ya da tava yumurta gibi)
Ayvalık sokakları araç parkına uygun değil. O yüzden nerde kalınırsa kalınsın park problemi var. (Bu otele özel bir durum değil)
Bu otelde kalınmasını öneririm.

Bir kez daha ayvalığa gitsem yine tercih ederim . Çalışanlar ve çevre gayet iyi . Sadece şehrin özelliğinden her şey iç içe .

The staff were very helpful and welcoming and the property was right in the middle of the area which is a great location.

Son derece keyifli ve rahat bir konaklama olduk. Otelin sahipleri son derece ilgili, kibar ve güzel insanlar. Kahvaltılar harikaydı. Odalar hep temiz tutuldu. Her ihtiyacımızı karşıladılar. Bir kez daha teşekkür ediyoruz kendilerine. Yeniden gelirsek tercihimiz bouti olacak.

İşletmeciler tatlı insanlardı. Beklentimizi karşılayan güzel vakit geçirdik. Otelde odalar arası ses geçirimi çok fazla biraz yalıtıma ihtiyacı olduğunu düşünüyorum. Sabah kahvaltıya kalkmayıp biraz daha uyumak çok mümkün olmuyor dolayısıyla. Lokasyon güzel. Evcil hayvan politikaları için ayrıca teşekkür ediyoruz.

Ein schönes kleines Hotel praktisch im Stadtzentrum. Alles kann zu Fuß erkundet werden. Die Gastgèber waren sehr sehr zuvorkommend. Wir können es uneingeschränkt empfehlen
