Pros:

A atendente da noite é muito gentil.

Cons:

Falta receptividade. O cliente chega, entra e sai sem nenhum encanto por parte do hotel. Nem mesmo o serviço disponível no hotel é informado.

Expectativa bloqueada.
Pros:

Local tranquilo para descanso, onde o silêncio é toop. Quarto amplo.

Cons:

Quarto não estava com higienização adequada. Tinha cabelo na pia e no vaso sanitário. O chuveiro irriga a parede.
Lençóis da cama rasgados e colchão nada agradável. Mas quem estiver cansado, dorme sem perceber.
Comunicação é super limitada (ou zero) com funcionário do hotel.
A estrutura é muito boa e ampla, havendo investimento, poderá ser um hotel de referência na cidade.
