Rooms were well maintained and clean. AC works very well. It’s in a central location close to railway station. Breakfast was very good and I would give full marks for hospitality.
All aspects and staff are too good.
Especially Dharshini's hospitality and her sincerity towards her job is exemplary.
The experience was lovely. Dharshini was really professional and took good care of all our needs and was very soft spoken. Kudos to the respective entire team for a great stay.

Location of the property was very convenient for the intended visit. Rooms were neat and clean. Valet, reception and restaurant staff were very polite and efficient. Reception staff Ms. Darshini was very helpful with check in and at restaurant.
Lavatory space was subnormal
I heard a lot of praise about their stay at your hotel (Tirunelveli GRT Residency). My thanks to everyone in the kitchen, waiters, and front desk for showing them a good time. The icing on the cake was the little celebration that you threw for their anniversary. You have earned a lifelong customer in us. Keep up the excellent service.

The stay experience is very good from starting till checkout,we have been received with an angavasthram and then a relaxing welcome drink.In checkin process were quick with all effective details and they provide a invitation for the Cult tea service which they provide Tea ,Coffee with Snack in the Lobby.and they used to interact with all the guest with comfort level during the session.we can anywhere any staff with smiling face and assisting Nature.
The rooms and food were excellant. The staffs were polite and efficient. The sustainable process were awesome. Will be the choice whenever visiting Tirunelveli

There was some work going on during morning time for close to 2 to 3 hrs which was annoying since that caused lot of noise.
