Friendly staff and very clean facility
Liked everything
I checked in at about 10.30 in the night. Even before making the payment I enquired whether the room was clean. To my dismay the toilet was not sanitized and to my shock from 5.30 am in the morning I could hear noise from the next door and when I checked I was shocked to see that the room was just next to the gym. I explained to them that such a room should not be given to customers who check in so late just for a peaceful stay. As soon as I raised my complaints they did feel sorry and they offered compensation.

Breakfast was fair and adequate. There was nothing not to like. It is a goods, decent hotel with value for money.

Extraordinary people. Went out of their way to be helpful. Very friendly and hospitable. Everyone from the top manager to the security at the door were friendly and helpful. Really topnotch!
courteous staff and good spread for buffet breakfast. We also liked the evening tea and snacks which were offered complimentary at the reception during the evenings. Overall the stay was very pleasant.
