The staff were friendly and helpful!
The hostility of the staff was exceptional. Deepak Dharshini and krithik were really helpful and they gave us a very comfortable stay
The split of bathrooms and toilets made the toilet fully cramped and many of us and even those who are little fat or tall will find it very difficult to fit inside.

Dharshini from the reception was tooooo sweet and Suganya in the restaurant took care of all our needs. Both went beyond our expectations .
Food - exceptionally good. When I asked for just boiled eggs, they presented it in a awe way!
Rooms - squeaky clean and they provide everything we needed. It was so easy even with elders.
Lobby - oh my, I still cannot forget the ambience, welcome drink and the fresh smell...
Overall, BEST stay, food and hospitality. Next time also I will definitely stay here.

We have been to Regency Tirunelveli by GRT Hotels several times, and our experience has been very pleasant. The rooms are clean, spacious, and well maintained. The hospitality is warm and professional and the breakfast and dining experience also good.
A special mention of thanks to Mr. Deepak from the Front Office for giving us the room we preferred with a lovely view. We also thank Mr. Samson for being so courteous and helpful.
