Okay lille værelse m/altan med to stole og bord i en stille gennemrejseby. Fin morgenmad. Udmærket restaurant lige ved siden af hotellet.

Nicht zu empfehlen - Sauberkeit = 0!
Pros:

Leider hatten wir keinen guten Aufenthalt in diesem so gut bewerteten Hotel. Unser Zimmer war sehr dreckig! Der Boden hat geklebt und war schwarz vor Schmutz, auf der Toilette fanden wir, neben Dreck, kurze Haare auf der Klobrille, die Dusche war ebenfalls mit Flecken übersäht. Als wir das um Mitternacht bei der Rezeptionistin angesprochen haben (wir kamen spät an), war sie sehr verständnisvoll und hilfsbereit. Sie suchte sofort ein neues Zimmer. Leider waren auch in diesem mehrere kurze Haare in der Dusche. Daraufhin bekamen wir ein anderes relativ sauberes Zimmer. Wir zogen dann also nach Mitternacht mit zwei kleinen Kindern um. Die Dame entschuldigte sich und sagte uns, wir sollten uns am nächsten Morgen erneut an der Rezeption melden und den Fall schildern - Das taten wir auch. Allerdings trafen wir dann auf eine weniger verständnisvolle, nahezu unverschämte Mitarbeitarbeiterin! Ihre Antwort auf den Fall, nachdem wir ihr auch die Bilder zeigten: Naja, der Boden klebt, weil wahrscheinlich zu viel Seife benutzt wurde. (Unsere schwarzen Socken (von dem Schmutz) ignorierte sie.)
Zu den Haaren auf der Toilette sagte sie, dass man diese ja trotzdem benutzen könne, wir somit also nicht eingeschränkt gewesen wären das Zimmer zu nutzen. Der Schmutz in der Dusche käme von der Seife…Wir könnten uns aber gerne eine Fertigsuppe aussuchen - eine Erstattung oder Einladung zum Frühstück gäbe es nicht und wäre auch absolut undenkbar. Das war das erste und letzte Mal in diesem Hotel!

Pros:

Bel appartement et proximité avec les châteaux de la Loire.
Supermarché proche.
Petit déjeuner parfait pour tous les goûts.
Personnel aimable et réactif.
Spa et sauna privatisables, et très agréables à utiliser.
Dommage qu’il n’y ait pas de lave vaisselle et de terrasse dans les appartements.
L’ascenseur était hors service.

El hotel estaba muy bien y el restaurante que está en el hotel muy recomendable. No me gustó que nos enviaron aún edificio atrás del hotel que estaba como en remodelación. El cuarto no estaba tan limpio. El personal del hotel muy amable. Cerca del hotel está el Chateau Meung sur Loire muy recomendable

Pros:

Hôtel parfait pour visiter les châteaux de la Loire ou tout simplement pour une halte lors d'un long voyage.
Le restaurant est un plus et c'est excellent.
L'hôtel est situé a proximité d'un parc.
