Kudos to the staff and how they provided service. They are so polite and very professional. More power to them and keep it up.
Nice resort
Too noisy all night music banging away.
What I like was the friendly accommodating staff. What I didn't like was that in room dining wasn't 24 hours.
Bath towels need to be replaced. It looks like it has been used for years.

The hotel itself and the staff were wonderful. Well maintained and updated rooms. It is by the beach but you can't use the beach. It is very dirty with trash washing ashore. It is not a good sight to see. The location of the hotel is far from everything. The port/pier and everything else is at least a 20 minute drive, Can't walk to any place. No taxis, only tricycles. The hotel shuttle costs so much.
Bathrooms needs cleaning otherwise everything is good.
The resort is amazing, the wooden blinds are a little loose in our room but other than that the staff was friendly and the place was so clean and fun. I absolutely recommend.
Fantastic resort with a friendly staff, very relaxing. The food at this resort was quite good a reason able costs. I would highly recommend this resort for , families , couples , newlyweds, all groups would enjoy this resort.
Loved staying at Solina. Rooms were spacious and cleaned daily. Property is beautiful and you will see cows, ducks, goats, dogs and cats roaming around. There are variety of room options. Some massage experiences available on the beach and limited activities. Food was good and breakfast was a lovely buffet.
Our only criticism would be that the beach could use a good clean up. We know it’s likely public space but being a beach resort we were not comfortable walking/swimming in the area due to the amount of debris. Would suggest staff resources be allocated to beach cleanup rather than some other places and the experience would be that much better. Staff arranged island tour and transport to Iloilo City for us which we appreciated. Bring $$ as it’s appreciated over credit cards.
This large property is a wonderful place for a chill vacation and has a variety of amenities. We enjoyed the pool, beach, gym, observation tower and games. There are a variety of Western and Filipino foods at the restaurant and everything we had was tasty. The buffet breakfast is only offered when the hotel has enough occupancy. Otherwise, there is a plated breakfast but the buffet is better. The staff are friendly and helpful when any issues arise. They can book a Gigantes island tour and send a driver to bring you to an area on the property. The king room was very large and has a comfortable bed and TV with Netflix / YouTube.

Facilities built well but maintenance is terrible. Cleanliness is suspect and there are stray cats eating leftover food from tables uncleared of guest dishes. Food is sub par for the price they charge. Marketing their facility as a premier getaway but seriously lacking on delivery of service.
The room and the hotel facilities were great but the bathroom has this stinky smell. I rented three rooms and two have this foul smell otherwise the hotel experience overall was great.
The C11 or the so-called Balay Kamalig is totally different from the photos. Insects are roaming everywhere and the air conditioning system is loud (sounds like a heavy rain pouring in the roof).
So good to stay there.
The rooms were spacious, clean and well-maintained. The beds were very comfortable and the amenities were great.
