Sundown Beach Studio At Montego Bay Club

These are individually owned private condos. I have stayed in other units here before. This visit was the worst by far. They did not have us listed for reservation even after messaging with the host that morning. After almost 1 hour they found the owner and had us sit in the lobby. When we got to the room it was already occupied by another guest. We had to wait in the lobby again, dragging all our luggage up and down the elevator. They did get us another unit within 30 minutes but it was subpar to our original room and it was facing the mountain, not the ocean.

Excellent 8-day stay

The property is in a great location right on the Hip Strip. My room had a mushy smell but was reasonably clean.. It was an old condo so your room has a kitchen and all necessary utensils.
Definitely not suitable for families with small children as there were many safety concern in the room.
There was no internet for 2 days and no one was responsible to give an answer. All the other properties around us had internet..

Sea Horse was closed and I was redirected to a room at Montego Bay Club. The place was an absolute dump! I was unfamiliar with the area and low on funds, so I stayed for the night. You MUST remove this place from your listings.

Hotels.com billed my account and when I got to the hotel there where no room. I was on hold for 1 hour and 40 minute and hung up on 4 times.

I DID Not get into the property...nobody checked me in and and wait around for over 1 hour and had to find a place....please return my money immediately

No record of my booking !! I waited for 1 hour 10 minutes including being given keys to a substandard room that I did not book and a room that was occupied by a naked man !! Eventually, after complaining bitterly, I was allocated a vacant room which also I had not booked !! This room had a PAINTED view of the ocean on the wall. After more complaining I was finally allocated a room similar to the room that I had booked after 2 nights ! Very poor ! Further, I had to argue to receive free WiFi which should have been provided. I only got 2 days in my seaview room instead of 4 ! The room wasn't particularly clean and only had basic kitchen equipment and an old TV with dead batteries that were replaced after more communication with disinterested reception staff. I will never spend my hard earned money in a place that caused me such stress. They couldnt have been more unprofessional and disorganised if they had tried

Great Location, The Wifi didn't work as advertised. The view was stupendous, The Location is in the middle of everything. The room was very old, but functional.

This place (studio) was completely falsely advertised. Advertised free WiFi, there was no free WiFi. Advertised daily housekeeping, there was zero housekeeping. Advertised toiletries included, there were zero toiletries. Advertised a queen size bed, there were 2 single beds. Check in was at 3:00, I got there at 3:45 and had to wait 3 hours for the room to be ready. Totally unacceptable. I will give kudos to the location and the view from the balcony was awesome. Bottom line is I don't like to be misled or blatantly lied to.
