Breakfast was ok..

The housekeeping needs to be tightened up for sure this facility is not clean at all i just stayed at another location for the first time with tru by Hilton in Columbus oh & it was excellent that was just last weekend. This facility needs to be cleaned way to many spots on the walls just in my room alone & that was the second room they moved me to the first room you could see the dirt in the corners of the window ledge a whole lot of trash crumbs on the floor at the threshold of the door..the room that I actually stayed in because I really didn't want to move around again, the floor in my room was super sticky not sure what they do the floors with but they need to stop or do better my freshly washed feet was sticking & even with shoes on you could here the sticky floor to the point the front check in guys i can't remember his name, had came to my room & he was even sticking to the floor he tried to help as much as he could cause housekeeping was gone with some water & towels to wet & wipe the floors down & you could literally see whatever they used was way to much product on the floor & further more the elevators are disgusting it has & oder & you can clearly see it hadn't been cleaned swept dusted or anything dirt was all around on the floor in the elevators I didn't like my stay at all definitely won't be coming back there..

Pros:

I loved the location and the property, it was clean and spacious.

Cons:

You could hear everything the person on top of you was doing throughout the night. If possible try to get the top floor.

The overnight room noise was not a restful environment for weary distance travelers.
Pros:

Breakfast was fine with numerous options. Staff member went to each table to check if anyone wanted/needed something else before closing $clearing the buffet area. Very thoughtful!
Rooms were very clean and comfortable.

Cons:

The proximity to the interstate made the room noisy at all hours!! The HVAC system was also noisy in the room.

No Heat, Room Cleaning every Other day which was not disclosed

The heater to work, being informed of nu house keeping and I would have requested extra towels

Cons:

Room was not as nice as stays in other Trus. Room was smaller and facilities were worn. Lighting was not very bright. No microwave in room.
