Fantastico!
Pros:

Tutto! Staff super cordiale, colazione incredibile e location stupenda.. Tipica e ben curata!
Camere molto spaziose e posizione comodissima.

Schöner innenhof, schöner Pool. Insgesamt ruhig.

Cons:

Frühstück. Nur äußerste Basics inkludiert. Toast, Butter, Marmelade. Ein Fruchtteller und Gebäck. Rest muss extra gezahlt werden. Finde ich nicht in Ordnung.

Fantastic staff, great location, and amazing value for your money!
Pros:

Fantastic staff, beautiful property, great breakfast, and great location! We were able to leave our bags after checking out so we could keep exploring Merida. We came back to get our bags and as we were walking out to get in our uber, they gave us water bottles for the road. So great, highly recommend!!!

Pas de fenêtre dans les chambres. Pas de pression à l’eau du robinet. Douche instable: une fois pas d’eau chaude, une fois que de l’eau très chaude. Piscine très petite et eau très trouble. Un bar mais jamais un serveur. Un petit dej annoncé très bon mais vraiment très très moyen. Un pain au chocolat inmangeable. Sans doute un très bel hôtel pour des gens de Merida mais pour des français, très très loin des standards minimum

Ottima posizione vicino al centro. Camera molto accogliente. Staff molto disponibile: la camera che ci era stata attribuita aveva un problema al condizionatore, lo staff è intervenuto prontamente fornendoci un altra camera. Ottimo

Staff molto cordiale e disponibile. Spazi confortevoli.

Cons:

Scomoda la camera con bagni al piano di sopra a cui si accede con gradini molto ripidi.

This is a beautiful hotel and I loved staying there. The rooms are spacious, stylish, and comfortable. Some are lit by just skylights, and others have a window, so it's worth asking if you prefer a brighter room. There seems to be a small team of staff who work at both reception and serving breakfast. Everyone spoke English and was really helpful. It felt like they were genuinely invested in the place. We left a pair of swimming shorts behind, and they contacted me right away, offering to send them on to us. The small pool is ideal for cooling off, and the little gym was also good.
