Don’t Stay in this hotel at all. Poor staff. Zero communication

There was nothing that I could actually say I liked about this hotels

Cons:

I booked this hotel and made sure to inform the staff that I have early check-in because my flight will land at 5 in the morning. At that time they said sure we will give you room whichever will be available. But when I reached there they simply said no room is available and didn’t give any deadline. I had to wait from 6AM till 11AM to get a room. The room was not big as shown in the images it was small room. And price was crazy.
Then I asked to clean the room they didn’t clean it for 2 days.
Breakfast was same entire 3 days no change in menu.

I felt like I wasted my money.

Had a wonderful experience at this hotel! 🥰 The hotel is very nice, and all the food servers are extremely friendly, kind, and helpful. Special thanks to Pahnduka, Asanka, Lakmal, and Yasuh for their excellent service, warm hospitality, and caring nature. They made our stay even more special. Highly recommended! ⭐❤️

Nice town hotel in Columbo
Pros:

I nice hotel near the beach. A peasant pool on the roof and good food at the restaurant buffet. Panhduka, asana, lacmal and gasuh were very friendly serving us at the buffet.

It’s a literally in the city center and in front of the beach..very spacious for two person( we took two separate beds)
