Good location but rooms need soundproofing.
Pros:

The pool was great. The bed was very comfy. Very good location for beach shops and restaurants.

Cons:

The hotel is very noisy. There was a group of school children staying that played cricket in the corridors and were shouting and running up and down the floor very late at night. The music from the rooftop bar is audible in the rooms on 6th floor as is the conversations of those outside the room.
Fridge not supplied as standard in the room but is provided if you ask for one.
Windows leaked when heavy rainfall.

Good value for money with clean comfortable rooms

Very economical clean hotel right in the heart of Colombo. It was a comfortable 1 night stay for our family.
