Péssimo
Pros:

Simpatia dos funcionários

Cons:

Mal localizado, apesar de dizerem que fica central. Péssimo pequeno almoço, pouca variedade, sem reposição dos itens. O jarro de leite estava vazio há mais de meia hora sem ser reposto. Apenas 4-5 iogurtes que não eram repostos etc.

Pros:

La struttura è pulita e lo staff è davvero gentile e premuroso. È situato nel distretto 1 ma poco defilato da caos della vita notturna. Noi siamo riusciti a dormire benissimo, non so se siamo stati fortunati noi per la collocazione della stanza o è per tutti cosi.

Cons:

Unica nota negativa la colazione a buffet povera. Ma a mio parere non è un problema fuori è pieno di locali, inoltre la struttura a ottimi servizi

Comfortable, central location
Pros:

It was very central and comfortable, great staff always willing to help. Good breakfast and arranged tours and taxis

Cons:

The music in the corridors as you could hear it in the bedrooms and that was a bit annoying

Pros:

I totally reccomed this hotel when traveling to HCM. It’s very centrally located, weather to visit some attractions or to go shopping. Staff is very friendly and they call you 10 min after the check-in to see if everything in your room is okay. Eventhoug we stayed there one night less than initially planned, they were very accomodating by meeting our needs.

Cons:

A little more choice of western options for breakfast would be nice, however nothing to really bother about.

Uncomfortable stay
Pros:

Staff was friendly (except 2 receptionists)

Cons:

Super noisy (extremely loud elevator)
Room looks not like the pictures
Room was not clean when we first arrived (dust, hairs on the floor that were definitely not ours)

Would recommend to rather spend 10$ more a night and feel more comfortable elsewhere. The guests we saw were mostly locals and just a few foreigners. Could be the reason for our experience, that this hotel (or even the hotel chain) is not recommended for foreigners and rather for locals.

Pros:

I liked everything about the hotel. Location, breakfast,hospitality and the service. It was amazing.
The rooms was big and spacious like the bathroom.
The breakfast was delicious.
The room and the hotel is fully equipped with every kind of service a traveller needs, like iron,iron board, water filter etc.

Cons:

Nothing negative about this hotel. Keep up the good work.

I had an amazing experience staying at A25 Luxury Hotel. The location is perfect — right in the city center, yet quiet and relaxing. The staff were incredibly friendly and professional, always smiling and ready to help with anything I needed.

The room was spotless, modern, and beautifully designed, with all the amenities of a high-class hotel. I especially loved the comfortable bed, high water pressure shower, and elegant decor.

Breakfast was fresh and delicious every morning, and the service felt truly attentive and personal. I also appreciated how clean and well-maintained everything was — from the lobby to the smallest details in the room.

If you’re looking for a luxury hotel in District 1 with excellent service, a central location, and great value for money, A25 Luxury Hotel at 142 Bui Thi Xuan is absolutely the best choice. Highly recommended!

Excellent Business Stay at A25 Hotel – 142 Bui Thi Xuan
Pros:

Mình ở A25 – 142 Bùi Thị Xuân trong chuyến công tác 2 ngày. Vị trí quá tiện, gần trung tâm và dễ gọi xe. Lễ tân thân thiện, check-in nhanh. Phòng không quá rộng nhưng sạch sẽ, gọn gàng, đủ tiện nghi. Mình đặc biệt ấn tượng với chăn ga trắng tinh và mùi phòng dễ chịu. Rất ổn so với tầm giá – chắc chắn sẽ quay lại khi có dịp.
