Si vuelvo a Trabzon, sin dudarlo, me volveré a alojar en este hotel.
Pros:

El hotel es excelente.
La recepción es muy elegante; las habitaciones son confortables, están muy bien cuidadas y son muy limpias.
El personal ha sido en todo momento muy educado, amable y siempre dispuesto a ayudar.
El desayuno es muy completo.
También cené las tres noches que pasé allí en el restaurante del hotel. La comida estaba deliciosa, muy bien presentada y a buen precio.
La ubicación es inmejorable: al lado de la mezquita Hanife Hatun, a un paso del bazar y a un corto paseo de la plaza Meydan Parkı.

Pros:

- The breakfast is delicious with an amazing view
- The staff are very friendly, smiling all the time, helpful, and very caring
- The location is close to everything, the Meydan, the sea…
- The parking service is exceptional
- The room is clean. The housekeeping tidy up the room, change the towels, and provide tissues on a daily basis
- All in all, the room is very comfortable with a beautiful view

Cons:

- I highly recommend the hotel to renew the AC units. The AC is very old and releases some weird noises even if it is turned off
- Our bathroom was very spacious with a big vanity and a bathtub, but honestly I recommend to replace the bathtub with a shower because it was not cleaned as it should be. Or tell the housekeeping to keep an eye on the bathtub’s cleanness

Pros:

Çalışanlar özellikle receptiondaki personel çok güleryüzlü, ilgiliydiler, konumu iyi, ikramları için de ayrıca teşekkürler.

Cons:

Ütüye ekstra ücret istendi, yatağın yanında bizden önceki müşterilere ait kullanılmış peçeteler ve s. vardı, konum iyi olsa da penceremiz direkt başka binaya bakıyordu.

Pros:

Oda küçük olsa da temizlik iyiydi ve yatak oldukça rahattı. Dört gece orada konakladık, bize jest yapıp tatlı ikram ettiler. Çalışanlar da güler yüzlü, yardımsever ve ilgiliydi. Manzara ayrıca mükemmel ve konumu super🥰

The staff are simply amazing — incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful, with a great sense of humor. They create such a warm and positive atmosphere that you feel more like a guest in a friend’s home than in a hotel. They are always ready to assist and make sure everything is perfect.

The breakfast deserves special praise — it’s not just good, it’s truly outstanding! There is a huge variety of dishes to suit every taste, with fresh, high-quality ingredients and many delicious local specialties. Everything is beautifully presented and absolutely delicious. Breakfast here is a real highlight of the stay.

The rooms are spotless, cozy, and very comfortable. And the view is simply breathtaking! The restaurant is located on the top floor, offering a magnificent panoramic view of the Black Sea. Enjoying a morning coffee or an evening meal there is an unforgettable experience.

The location of the hotel is also excellent — everything is conveniently nearby, making it easy to explore
