Mọi thứ đều ok. Có cái mình in khuya nên cần ngủ mà bp gõ cửa dọn phòng sớm quá. Lễ tân cũng mới sáng sớm lên gõ cửa đòi thanh toán tiền phòng và đổi phòng. Trong khi mình nhận đúng hạn mình đặt. Riêng bạn lễ tân ca tối dễ thương ok

WIFI was bit slow and not working many times.
Great location in a lovely leafy street with plenty of restaurants and very easy to get into the centre of Hanoi by bus. Check in was fast and they also let me in 2 hours early which was greatly appreciated. Price was excellent for the location and the bed was very comfy. Air con worked as it should.
Room needed a serious refresh - walls were dirty and pictures etc had been removed showing just hooks. The bathroom needed a really good clean - this is what really let the place down.
Honestly slightly overpriced. The apartment smelled weird, my key didn't work. I was left without a key for three days because the management forgot about me, and even worse the internet does NOT work. You use a shared internet with everyone else on your floor, and not only is it slow, it usually goes down every hour or so. The TV didn't really work for me either, but luckily I bought my own entertainment. Also, I was charged an extra 100.000VND a night to extend my stay, so if you want to extend, just remember to book online instead of messaging directly.
Other than that, I love how spacious the apartment was! The location is also very walkable, the kitchen appliances worked perfectly, and the cleaning ladies were really helpful.
The appliances (such as the fridge and airconditioning were very noisy making it hard to get a good sleep
Extended my stay because it is the best option in the area. They are very responsive and the cleaning ladies are always there for you.

The service was exceptional. Everyone at the accommodation went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The room we stayed in was immaculate. I will definitely return to stay here again.

Phòng ốc: rất sạch sẽ, yên tĩnh, đầy đủ tiện nghi. Tuy không sang như ks 4,5* nhưng mình vẫn cho 5* về chất lượng dịch vụ tại đây
