A beautiful hotel in an unbeatable location
Pros:

Our stay at Alza Kyoto was wonderful. The hotel beautifully preserves traditional Japanese culture and history, with elegant design, spacious and beautifully appointed rooms, and a stunning view of the river from our room.
The location is simply perfect, within walking distance of Kyoto’s main historic streets and attractions, including the Nishiki Market and Gion, making it an ideal base for exploring the city.

What truly made our stay exceptional, however, was the staff. Their service went far beyond expectations. They were genuinely attentive, proactive, and determined to help with anything we needed. When we accidentally left our sunglasses in a taxi, they went out of their way to help us locate them, along with many other thoughtful gestures throughout our stay.

A beautiful hotel in an unbeatable location, with outstanding hospitality that made us feel genuinely cared for. We would happily stay here again.

¡El hotel tiene una ubicación excelente!
La habitación era muy grande.

Cons:

Necesita una reforma. Tiene un potencial increíble pero ya se ve un poco antiguo, cosa que no me esperaba por las fotos. El edificio es precioso pero por dentro sería interesante darle una vuelta.

Alles war perfekt und wir kommen gerne wieder.

Das Zimmer war groß und wir hatten viele Möglichkeiten unsere Sachen zu verstauen. Die Lage war perfekt, wir waren schnell an den Bus- und Bahnstationen.

Localização, quarto, as amenities, o pessoal. Quarto com tudo o necessário. Realmente muito bom. O Pequeno Almoço é servido no quarto e há duas opções o japonês e o continental. É bom e eles podem adaptar algum pedido

Melhor estadia em Kyoto
Pros:

Tudo neste hotel boutique é espetacular! Desde as áreas comuns, a recepção com um lounge com bebidas e uma sala com tatame para relaxar após a chegada (incluindo degustação de saquê). O quarto era fabuloso e confortável! Tudo muito limpo e cheiroso. A localização também excelente. Dá para fazer muita coisa a pé ou andar poucos metros para pegar ônibus pu metrô.

Realmente nada. Tudo perfeito!
