Exceptional hotel in a perfect location!!!!
Pros:

Everything!!!
The position is perfect.On a quiet street just a few minutes walk from the subway, shopping or shrines. The hotel is spotlessly clean, the staff were very friendly and the facilities excellent. Our breakfast was brought to our room (standard procedure). We enjoyed a Japanese breakfast each morning.

・場所が秀逸。祇園にありながら非常に静かで、コンビニも近くにあり飲食店も多い。
・大きな窓から鴨川の景色が楽しめ、とてもリラックスできる。
・朝食がルームサービスで自分のペースでのんびり食べられる。内容も豪華でとても美味しい。
・バスルームが広く、テレビを見ながら湯に浸かることができる。
・スタッフの方がとても親切。

・強いて言うと、駅からはやや歩きます。が、街並みが良いので苦になりません。
・お値段はやや高めです。

I wanted to never leave.
Pros:

This was the most gorgeous hotel room I've ever stayed in. The lighting, the gorgeous laquerware, the bathroom!! Every imaginable sundry item provided. I felt like "this is how gazillionaires live." At a price I could afford! Location was central to everything, close to the subway, the staff was super friendly and helpful. I never wanted to leave.

Cons:

I couldn't go out on the balcony, probably for safety reasons.
